Popped in today( after seeing you recommended on a forum).Thought you had a mammal section and hoped you had sugar gliders.

What a lovely shop! A far cry from our local shop in Pitsea. Every tank was spotless and everything looked healthy and looked after.Worth the trip for the quality of the live food we got alone. Cant wait to bring my son as he's looking for another chameleon.

My son brought home his first Bearded Dragon on Friday and Mica was really helpful with given us advice and info on how to care for him, My Son named the Dragon Rocky and he has settled in nicely in his new home, Thankyou for the help and advice, Great customer service!

My son Jack has just completed 2weeks work experience here and has had an amazing time. He and i cannot thank Lee,Grace and Steve enough. The shop is immaculate,the animals are loved and so well cared for. Jack has gained a wealth of knowledge even if he has come away with a Chameleon addiction! He has really looked forward to coming in every day and going back to school, i fear ,is just not going to go down well now. Thanks again for sharing your love of repties with jack.

Massive thanks to Lee and staff for looking after us this morning. You were friendly, great with the kids and extremely knowledgeable. Made our Gecko buying experience enjoyable and an absolute breeze. “Rocky” is loving his new home and has settled really well.

Dropped off my Cham for a weeks holiday while I went away! He was very well looked after! The staff are very helpful and he looked amazing when we collected him! He had a lovely time by the sounds of it...spending time outside eating butterflies! Thanks guys!

Best reptile shop I have ever visited, reps were beautifuly kept all clean and in lovley condition, owner was so helpful and gave me the best advice I have ever had from a rep shop or forum, no just taking your money and rushing you out the shop, it is obvious they are passionate about reptiles and all animals, was an absoloute pleasure to visit and shall be returning time and time again :)

Awesome shop. Great selection of reptiles, Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We drive for 70 miles to visit and was definitely worth the trip! Ended up coming away with a beautiful pair of European Eyed Lizards! Will certainly be coming back soon! Have recommended it to several other reptile enthusiasts already!
