The World Street Tapas company is the brain child of Oz Balydon and together with Larry O’Donnell the company was recently registered and is now preparing to launch its own tapas styled international street cuisine: ‘having travelled for many years I have always enjoyed street food and for some time I have wanted to design a menu that incorporated a collection of recipes from around the globe delivered in a tapas style; street food that is not only tasty but nutritional and healthy for people at affordable prices. ’ (Oz Balydon)
