The staff here are wonderful. Extremely helpful, an always happy to assist ,I own Lawlors "hair salon " in the village an train with Gareth Personal trainer here 4 times a week,.he's amazing, coupled with the ambience & the breakfast " fab " I easily spend an hour over breakie, it just makes it a real pleasure everyday I go,. .,well done ‚úÖüòä X

Stayed here for the night, last night. Family room, two double beds, very warm and comfy. Hotel set in lovely grounds, very friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Will come again.

Outstanding hotel we have stayed here a few times and we loved it every time the staff go that extra mile for you as I know first hand I became un well while staying here it was nothing to do with hotel and the staff where amazing very caring and concerned I just wanted to say thanks so much for helping us feeling much better now and looking forward to returning

On Friday evening myself and 12 friends and family booked a meal in The Grill in the Park to celebrate my birthday. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, on arrival in the bar pre meal we were greeted by Johnny who led us to our table once everyone had arrived. Staff were so attentive and nothing at all was too much trouble. Everyone without exception had a wonderful evening and would recommend the venue for any occasion.

My wife and I, use the hotel once each year for a long weekend. Enjoyed every stay with them. Last saturday, we had family with us for dinner at the Grill restaurant and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. My aunty was aghast at having her ice cream turned up in a pint type glass,it was like the end of the world for her but she managed to eat all the ice creamÔøΩÔøΩ

We left yesterday morning at 1000am and I realised I had left a watch and charger in the room. The watch and charger arrived at my home in Kent by special delivery at 1030 am today,now that is service. Well done on the House keeping team for sorting out the problem so quickly.

I wish I could give Worsley Park more than 5 stars!!! We had our wedding here on the 4th May this year and I can not recommend the team highly enough!!! Sarah, Ashleigh, Paula, John, the behind the scenes team, chefs and of course the wonderful toastmaster Stephen made our day run so perfectly. Thank you for making the day so special!! ÔøΩ

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed before a golf day. The food was lovely and possibly the best sea bass I’ve ever had!! Golf course was really nice even though the scorched fairways gave a few unlucky bounces into the rough. But was often forgiving in places. Will definitely stay again when in the area

26th December 2017, another very nice comfortable relaxing stay at Worsley. Stayed here several times and on every occasion the staff have been brilliant. I was looking forward to a big juicy steak in the Grill only to presented with a 3 course set menu for xmas no streak to be seen. However the good was excellent. They allowed my wife to choose a starter from the bar menu as there was nothing suitable on the set menu, again the staff were very accommodating. Buffet breakfast again very good lots of choice freshly cooked eggs and omlettes if you wanted. The reception area was decorated beautifully for xmas. We find this hotel very clean and tidy and all the staff are brilliant very friendly polite and professional.

Only minor hiccup was being woken by house keeping at 08:15 dispute having a late ckeckout as members of the Marriott Club. I mentoned this when checking out and the staff were very apologetic. Hopefully this won't happen to other guests in the future.

We were a family of 6 eating on 22 Dec at 8pm.in the Grill in the Park. Staff were very nice. It was disappointing that they had run out of steak on a Friday night because they “had a large group of people in earlier”- really ? Small portion of Turkey too. All in all a bit underwhelmed. Usually it’s a nice meal but to run out of steak in a grill !! Perhaps needs renaming??

Took the family for the Carvery, which we got on the April Members offer. We did not receive any discount on the drinks, which we did in the bar after the meal. The waitresses served 1 bowl of soup and 3 drinks, for which a £21 service charge was added to the bill! Not too happy, as I would have left perhaps £10, which is very fair for a buffet!! Not too happy and will not be going for the ‘deal’ again.

Really disappointed to be honest, staff lovely but hotel is tired, dated, n overpriced for what you get and not as advertised, food was nice but the new year family event was disjointed and the function room was way too small, breakfast was nice food wise but the chairs were filthy n generally it was Not a nice experience. Feel robbed tbh

Came here with my boyfriend about a month ago for breakfast. We were told that a chef could cook us any kind of omelette we wanted. The chef never appeared and buffet was dry and mediocre, really uninspiring. It was all just ok but for the price they were charging a total rip off.... £16.50 a head, really not worth it and I wouldn't recommend coming here for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, however we went to the grill in the park restaurant and my partner ordered a steak which cost £25 and did not come with chips so he ordered a side of chips which cost £3, he was given literally six chips, also the steak was mediocre, not at all worth £25. Also, we thought we would make the most of the facilities and go for a relaxing swim, however it there was a children's swimming lesson going on? Not every relaxing "spa" environment.

taking money from my account without permission then telling me it will take 7 days for me to get back?! Not acceptable!!! Customer service shocking when I spoke to the hotel who will “try and ring the bank today” then receptionist tells me “you can ring back later” disgusting service

Paid £65 for 30 min massage with scone and tea. Asked for sandwiches for 3 people got 4 finger sandwiches each and a bill for £55.50 scandalous would not go there again. Dick turpin must own it !

I have been trying to get in touch with the hotel spa for three days via the phone. Nobody has answered. If you call to try to speak to the hotel reception you have to listen to about 5 different automated voice messages then get through to someone who is not based in the hotel itself. I was hoping to book a few treatments pre holiday but I’ll go elsewhere, where I can get better customer service.
