My experience was brilliant. I have requested a quote for the ring i wanted to sell and the next morning i had The initial offer. I did not feel confident to send the item by post therefore requested an appointment in London. I had several emails to and from Emre- client manager. He was the most helpful and replied so quick, even late evenings and weekends.
I got the appointment to meet with David- head of evaluations, and he offered me the amount which was even slightly bigger than initial evaluation as clarity of the diamond was better than expected. I was informed that money in my account will reach within 24 hours - next day afternoon. First i was a bit worried and afraid to leave the item like this, but The money was in my account 5am next morning — after 11 hours Definitely recommend!!! Service A class
