Our Mazda 3 showed a service warning light even though it had just been serviced by the dealership in west yorks prior to purchase,called into Wrights Mazda who dealt with problem straight away .The staff were helpful,friendly and efficient especially the service advisor who dealt with us ,enabling us to enjoy the rest of our holiday without further problems.Full marks to Wrights Mazda.

I travelled from Sevenoaks to Norwich to part exchange my car for a second hand car that Wights had taken in part exchange. I can recommend this firm, everything was as described on the telephone. minimal deposit to hold the car gave me confidence and all dealings were professional and the whole process very slick and as agreed. The car was presented extremly well and if anything exceeded my expectations, a decent test drive, decent RAC warranty and 12 months breakdown cover a very pleasant additional surprise - very impressed, many thanks

Rude and unprofessional. with no customer focus, empathy or care. On arrival there was someone on the phone rolling his eyes (Nick) at the customer on the other line.

We had a mix up with the timings but were shouted at 'You are late"- but they were able to do the MOT - which is actually done by another company which was a surprise as no-one told us this on booking the MOT..

No cup of tea was offered during the exceptionally long wait (an MOT that took over three hours and no-one came to explain why nor give updates is unacceptable).

At no time was any apology or explanation given. This is in complete contrast to the Mazda dealership in Poole that we have used in the past who were wonderful.

This company does not seem at all interested in the customers. The car came back from the MOT with an extra 'ding' in the door and again, not even an apology.

Very poor ambassadors for the brand of Mazda I hope that we never have to deal with this company again.

Highly unrecommended.

I bought Mazda5 in February 2015, After sale service is very poor especially service people. I had issue with Air Condition just after 1 year (bear in mind it was a brand new Car).I had to make several call and each time they told me they will get back to me but they didn't. finally some how I got the appointment, and they charged me get it fixed ( they said Gas might leak again each time I have to pay to fix it :O ).

I have been told to bring the car back after a week, after a week I called them to take an appointment , they said service manager will call me back, he never called me back till today (LoL !!! more than one year now) the service manager is rude. I have no clue how they run this business.

Please don't mistake me Mazda 5 is a good car I can't complain, but service. My previous car was Toyota Avensis, I used it more than 10 years(Toyota cambridge and Norwich service was brilliant ) next year I am planning to change my car and going back to Toyota, only for this reason.
