We have been using this trusted local Jewellers for many years. We have experienced helpful and knowledgeable staff who have always supported my family with all our jewellery requirements, including repairs on our jewellery and treasured watch collection. A recent Bespoke piece made a fantastic gift for a special birthday for a family member who was thrilled. Thanks to Wrights' for the great service and helping us make that big birthday celebration even better. I look forward to designing my next piece with the Jeweller. Thanks again

i would give no stars if I could. It's such a shame but it's not the same shop it used to be. As a family we've been using the shop for over 20 years and always had good service and work but this is no longer the case. I had a ring resized and they haven't done it properly so there is now a sharp area on the ring then a diamond has fallen out. When I complained they made it clear they didn't care they have done shoddy work and had no intention of repairing their work. All they would say is that is that work is done at your risk, so if you take your ring there it's at your own risk. My advice is find a reputable jeweller and avoid them like the plague especially if it is special jewellery. I've attached photos to show how bad the resize is.

It's a shame you didn't show any of that sentiment in your email or when I visited your shop. That fact you chose to answer this review and not contact me directly when you have my email and phone number and know exactly who I shows that you are more interested in what people think than actually resolving the issue. I feel sad for Mr Wright that you are ruining his reputation.

I had a new battery fitted in my watch, quick and good customer service. They also cleaned up the battery fitting on an old clock which saved me the cost of having the mechanism replaced. Highly recommended.

A jewellery shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I used their repair service for my watch, they were quick and great value, notably they repair clocks too. If you want to buy a unique Christmas present then they also have a great range of diamond, gold and silver jewellery gifts!
