A New Role… A New Era…
It is with great pleasure we announce 3 key promotions within WRS Solutions, part of the WRS Group of Companies.
At our recent “Sharing the Vision” company roadshow opened by Tim Mason, he addressed a full room of employees from across the WRS Group. With a very early morning start we were taken on an emotional journey, from 1999 the birth of WRS Solutions to the here and now and the exciting future we have ahead.
... Tim Mason started and has steered the company from a small family business with humble beginnings to the dynamic, innovative, growing organisation we see today, we have great pleasure in announcing Tim’s move into the role of Chief Executive of WRS Group of Companies.
Along with Tim, Mark Stacey has also played a pivotal part of the company’s success that we see today. Joining the company since its infancy working his way through numerous roles from an engineering apprentice to national accounts manager through to a highly successful Sales Director, Mark now takes up his new role as Managing Director of WRS Solutions.
Dale Thompson who similar to Mark started with the company over 10 years ago, as an engineer and progressed his way into roles sales and sales management, Dale now takes up his new role as Sales Director of WRS Solutions.
We would like to convey how proud we are to announce these changes and wish Tim, Mark and Dale all the best as they settle into their new roles

2017 marks an important point in WRS history as in January this year we finally achieved NSI Gold status. Never has an accreditation mattered so much to the business and many of its people.
5years ago I recognised that having the accreditation would for me legitimise what we do and even though we had always strived to deliver excellence, having the Gold standard would stand before us and allow our staff to be proud of our achievement.
The journey hasn't been easy and without... Paul Edwards coming onboard and leading the way forward on processes,systems and procedure, today we would probably still be talking about it.
