Hello lovely clients, I just wanted to update you all that after a period of illness since returning from holiday there is now a diagnoses. Sadly I have Type 1 Diabetes and I am now lifelong insulin dependent. The illness on holiday triggered my body to begin attacking the pancreas which in turn stopped producing insulin, I went into DKA (Diabetic Ketoacidosis). I am sorry to say that due to this there will be changes to the parlour opening hours, it is also advisable to PRE-BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT otherwise there may be a 4-6 week waiting period for appointments. I am sorry if this may cause some inconvenience but sadly it is necessary as I will have a strict routine for injecting insulin until my levels are much more stable.
