I booked a Limo for my daughter's birthday, WYCOMBE LIMOS arrived on time. The chauffer was smartly dressed and had impeccable manners and had I booked directly with this company, I don't think I would have had any issues. Unfortunately, I booked through a company called 'LIMO BROKER', and had the most horrendous booking experience. I do not hold Wycombe Limos responsible and would highly recommend them but DO NOT BOOK THROUGH LIMO BROKER!
Looking at the below review, I can confirm that this company is a scam.
I booked a limo from Wycombe Limo via Limo Broker for my friend's hen party.
10 minutes before the booking time, I was told by the limo company - Wycombe Limos - that the limo is broken down. They couldn't confirm whether the limo would be coming but at the same time refused to send a replacement. At the end, limo never shown up, and the whole Hen Party was absolutely ruined.
The response I got from Wycombe Limos, which is the actual company that is supposed to provide me the limo, is that the vehicle broke down is NOT THEIR FAULT. I mean, REALLY? They "offered" to give my deposit back OR an additional 1-hr hire (provided that I need to continue booking via them). Do you think this is what we called COMPENSATION?
Limo Broker, which booked the limo for me on my behalf, still has NOT said a word regarding the whole screw up. I called them and they refused to talk to me, asking me to email them. NO response at all.
This is utter disgrace. Companies like them should not exist in the market at all.
They might have changed their website, but don't get fooled by them. Don't book anything related to this company. It's a scam.
Will take this to court to get what we deserved.
