My visit was because I needed a certain jacket for my wedding outfit and the Cannock branch of Klass didn't have my size

After phoning round by my lovely husband, he drew a blank until Julie called by back to say they had found one and would save it for us.

The service was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to call again

We had a lovely lunch and look around. Unfortunately my grandson could not enjoy the soft play due to much older children in there. Staff were understanding and had a refund but an upset toddler 😩
