You may remember we celebrated young Cheese-maker Leigh Vinnell’s success last Christmas after he was awarded ‘Academic Student of the Year’.
Well, the young talent who is one of nine Vinnell’s to work for Wyke over 30 years, has scooped another prize for ‘Best Student Cheese-maker’ at the prestigious International Cheese Awards! We're so proud!

Wyke Farms Cheese is the best cheddar in the world ... A variety of different types. . So you can choose your own favourite

Tried it for the first time today and I love it. It tastes so good.

The texture of this cheddar is wonderful, crystals like a very soft soft Parmesan Reggiano. I found this at Sam's Club in Lansing MI. Made an omelet for husband this morning with wild ramps, he wanted another, piggy. I hope Sam's always carries this (if not I'll complain). I want no other cheddar, ever.

Stunning Cheese, we love a strong mature cheese and that's exactly what you deliver, I've only been able to find it at Checkers and I never leave the Isle without a block or three! The more dry and mature the healthier - awesome awesome cheese! Been buying it since it hit the delves and we are major cheese lovers

Mature is delicious and travels well too. We're currently enjoying a pack of it in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Lovely creamy texture and fantastic flavour.

Great to eat in a sandwich with pickle or on its own as a snack

I live in a very small town in WV, USA. I found Wyke Farms Aged Mature and Sharp Cheddar Cheese at my local grocery store. This cheese is absolutely delicious! I had heard of your farm and products while searching history on my last name (Wyke) but had never seen any of the products in my area. I am so glad that we now have this cheese :) by far one of the best cheeses I've ever had!

I live in Riverton, Wyoming and i visit England and love the cheese. To find this cheese in a walmart in America, is over the top 100%. It tastes alot like lanchshire mature. My favorite is "Kick Ass Mature Cheddar. Thank you.

I found your vintage Cheddar today for the first time. It is gorgeous, I was so lucky to find it in France in a local supermarket (Intermarché). So I bought the hall (and only) block they had. I do hope I'll find again Wyke Cheddar at my local store. Thank for this great quality, I am your fan!

A slice of cheese Heaven. I'll admit I am not a cheese connoisseur. Living in Texas we use cheese as a side, we dip chips in it, we put it on crackers, we pour sause over it. You get the picture.



Now I know what I've been missing. This cheese is hands down the best I've ever eaten. I got IVYS Smoked Extra Mature and the Vintage Chedder Reserve from Central Market today. It was a new experience for me as I enjoyed it almost as a meal in and of itself. You can taste that it has been aged and notes of flavor come in waves that continue after each bite. Can't wait till I'm hungry again so I can snack on some more!
