Please join the Coyotes posse for the Lantern Parade in Warminster this evening. We are meeting at 5.15pm in the library doorway and we have lots of Christmas lanterns decorated by the children (and purple baseball caps for all so everyone knows who we are!)

This morning we visited Lithuania for breakfast, and we ate rye bread with cheese and Varškės Spurgos (curd cheese doughnuts) which Harry said were "lush" (and we all agreed)

Our Ofsted Inspection Report from 24th October has just been published. We were graded "Good" in all areas. Some of the lovely comments include:: "Children are happy, motivated and keen to join in the activities of the club. Staff greet them warmly and enthusiastically and build strong relationships with children". "Children learn about the world and their local community through fun experiences" "Children develop their independence and a sense of responsibility. They en...joy the social aspects of the club and build good friendships" "Children say that they like coming to the club. They say they enjoy playing outside with all the fun equipment and like the club's teachers." "Children have good opportunities to be physically active and spend lots of time outside" "Staff provide a wealth of opportunities for children to explore nature" A paper copy of the report is available at Wylye Coyotes, or you can read it here: https://files.api.ofsted.gov.uk/v1/file/5 0037748

Our entry to the Codford Scarecrow Competition is good to go - Little Miss Muffet is sat on her tuffet by the front door, and Coyote Cubs Toddler Group's Incey Wincey Spider is sat down beside her. Let's hope he doesn't frighten her away until the competition is over!

We are very proud to have achieved the Gold Award in the Woodland Trust's Green Tree Schools Program! We've been doing lots of lovely things - art, photography, poetry, dressing trees with mud gargoyes, and even a tea tree party!. We've also been looking after the environment by recycling and saving energy.
