Jingle all the way with our Christmas gin and tonic. Feel very special with your very own Lakes Distillery gin bauble, Fever-Tree Indian tonic and a garnish of rosemary and cranberries.

User

We’re looking for dynamic front of house staff to join our team. Could you be part of our story. Drop us a line. First class training provided.

Day 2 of all things Christmassy. Why not join us for brunch and a gingerbread latte.

User

It’s official - it’s Christmas in Penrith. Lights turned on, and only 24 nights to sample our Christmas cocktails 🍸🎄

‘‘Tis the season of Christmas 🎄 cocktails. We have, for you a Baileys Christmas Alexander 😋(Baileys, Brandy, Creme de cacao and a sprinkling of Flake) and a Clementine Mojito.

User

It’s here! The Christmas dinner club Sandwich!

User

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Freshly baked mince pies, filled with our own booze laden mincemeat, Blood orange 🍊 Cointreau , Courvoisier, Guinness, IPA and Hidalgo sherry. Heavenly 👼.

User

Cocktail of the week #2 straight out of whoville our very own “grinch” cocktail 🍸 . Midori, citron Vodka , fresh lemon and a cherry to represent the Grinches “two sizes too small heart”. Delicious!!

User

Due to overwhelming customer demand, we are delighted to tell you that we now have Shakshouka on our breakfast menu. A middle eastern dish of baked eggs in a cumin, harissa and paprika spiced tomato served. Just perfect served with artisan toasted ciabatta.

User

Cocktail of the week, the sublime upside down raspberry cheesecake. Ciroc Vanilla vodka, Edinburgh Gin raspberry liqueur, Licor 43, cheesecake top!

User

So excited to tell you that our Christmas blend tea is now in! 🎄🎄🎄🎄A gorgeous, warming, spicy rooibos from South Africa. A mix of cloves and cardoman, juicy apple and lemon peel and adorned with thistle and cornflowers. A seasonal mix not to be missed!

User

It’s fizzy Friday and we have over 45 different champagnes and English sparkling wines to choose from. Including the iconic Cristal Louis Roederer 2009. Make your weekend a great one.

User

Cocktail of the week #2 The totally marvellous Blood Orange 🍊 cosmopolitan. Whitley Neill Blood Orange Vodka, Blood Orange Quantro, freshly squeezed orange, lime, cranberry, orange bitters....

User

Cocktail of the week - the fabulous Russian Spring Punch created by cocktail genius Dick Bradsell. A new favourite, only wish we had discovered it sooner! Ciroc vodka, fresh raspberries, cassis, framboise, lemon juice and sugar syrup, garnished with forest fruits and with a shot of prosecco on the side

User

User

beautifully decorated, brilliant atmosphere. had some cake and coffee which was completely delicious and looking forward to trying the soup. dogs are welcome which is always a bonus. highly recommend and look forward to retuning myself.

User

Wonderful and relaxing atmosphere, with lovely staff. Very comfortable to just sit and chill, would definitely go back again. The internal decor and design was absolutely gorgeous.

One tiny little thing though... Your mirror in the disabled/baby changing room toilet, I'm just over 5 foot and could only see my forehead, people in a wheelchair have no chance, it's a lovely mirror though

User

Visited today on our way back home , the place looks lovely inside, the coffee is fantastic but most of all thank you to Robert for entertaining our 1 year old little girl ! Quite often you go somewhere and the staff will wave and smile ( which of course is nice) but Robert went the extra mile and had a game of 'peek a boo' from behind the bar ! Brilliant and above board service , thank you !!! ( I must add whilst entertaining our little girl he remaind professional polishing the glasses )

User

Very dangerous with self serve wine selection, but great at the same time. Impressive selection of gins. One thing to potentially improve is to have a more varied and interesting selection of bottled ales, a minor point in what otherwise is a lovely new addition to Penrith.

Good selection of snacks also available.

User

The cellar is a perfect little quirk and we enjoyed a drink with a unique view! The fresh flowers are a lovely touch, the 3 gins for £12 was an attractive offer and the wine was delicious! We loved it so much we went twice in one day!!

User

Stunning...., something different with sparkling details and top vittals!

User

Hidden Gem, a refreshing addition to the bar scene in Penrith! Fabulous wine selection in a beautifully thought out relaxed, yet opulent bar! Love it!

User

Friendly staff and owners know their stuff

User

Fabulous in all respects! The décor, the food, the service (the gins!) make for a fantastic experience. The food prices are really reasonable and the ciabatta in my tuna sandwich was a joy. Highly recommended for a lovely treat.

User

Excellent and friendly service and exceptional wine selection. Very unique place in Penrith!

Perfect to chill, relax or gathering.

User

Called in today with a friend for coffee. Fab cappuccino but even better cake. I had the passion fruit cake and it was delicious. Best cake I’ve had in a long time. Looking forward to my next visit

User

User

Amazing Passion fruit Martini!

User

Absolutely stunning bar. I really hope it is successful as attention to detail is amazing. Obliging staff. We will definitely be going back.

User

Tasty beer, Good wine, Lovely decor and Great service.

User

I'd been trying to visit this place for some time after hearing a lot of nice reports but I have to be honest I was very disappointed with the service. Very slow service considering it wasn't busy. Think it was because we didn't have the owner, but as he passed he seemed very pleasant n bubbly.
