I got a tablet from this place which was mis-sold to me by an employee. He told me that he brought it in and it was new, barely used. When I got it back I noticed that the charger wasn't even the original (LG charger - ASUS tablet) but, if it was new, there shouldn't have been a problem getting the actual charger for the device. The screen on the tablet keeps dimming sporadically. So when I took it back within a week of having it they wouldn't let me exchange or refund. They said they'd re-buy it, but at the lower selling price.
I don't even use the tablet as wasn't what I was expecting when I purchased in store and I legitimately don't know what to do about it.
