We can resolve all software problems, remove viruses or spyware and supply or install new hardware components - either replacements or upgrades.

PC Crashing Or Freezing
Is your computer crashing or freezing in the middle of your office application or favourite game? Possibly a hardware conflict is causing the problem, software has become corrupt or perhaps the drivers for the graphics card just need updating - whatever the problem, we have experienced local engineers ready to assist you.

Laptop Repair
We can replace the following items on most makes of laptop - hard drive, memory module, screen, keyboard and power sockets. All repairs can be carried out on site to save time.

Not Booting Or Blue Screens
Your computer will not boot, there are error messages (blue screens) or it will only boot in 'Safe Mode'. These are common problems and our engineers are experienced in identifying the source of the problem and restoring your computer system to perfect health.

Internet Setup Or Problems
We can install your router and network card, set up and configure your wireless broadband connection or help with any Internet or e-mail problems you may be having. We can also optimise your Internet settings in order to speed up your connection and boost your downloads.

Tutition
Our engineers are able to provide one-to-one computer training. We can offer basic training in all aspects of computer usage, including effective backup procedures and PC housekeeping. We can also give tuition in the use of most of the main software packages, for example, Microsoft Office.
