first time to visit and my daughters aged 5 and 2 enjoyed it thoroughly and the food was also reasonably priced so will for sure visit in the future again highly recommended !!!!!

User

Went to 360 as a treat for my 4 year olds birthday. Toddler session is a great idea as it can get pretty hectic after that. Had a slight issue which was immediately sorted out by the manager (very much appreciated). Yes a lot of the staff are young but they are all polite!

My only suggestion is to add some clarity to the sessions info on the website to prevent future confusion. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you, you really saved the day.

User

We just had my son's party here and I am very pleased. It was very well organized and the staff was more than helpful. Kids have had a blast and loved it. We had pizza (dominos) and chicken nuggets and the food was delicious.

User

Very good value , I have used it many times with grandchildren , good service and easy online booking

User

Great place to kill time with the little ones, and get the heart pumping, or just chill in the cafe and watch.

User

My daughter enjoyed herself. But the loud music that came on after the toddler music was way to loud not really toddler friendly. Staff were very good.

User

My children had a really fantastic time but as the red tape barrier had been pulled across the doorway at the beginning of the safety video I stood and watched it from the barrier as the room was full of children who had taken their seats. I had planned to go on the trampolines too (or at least be in the same hall) as my youngest son has an autoimmune condition, part of which means he should not be allowed to bang his head so I just wanted to keep an eye on them both.

But she wouldn't let me go in with my children as I 'hadn't watched the film'. I told her that I HAD watched it all but she said that I needed to watch 'from the seats' which were 2 feet away from my viewing spot. And then she walked off. So I had to sit through the safety video again, with my children waiting beside me, whilst she glared at me throughout. No idea why - I wasn't rude to her.

Of course I can totally understand safety and absolutely accept the rules but it was ridiculous.

I know that it must be hard work organising a room full of excitable, chattering children and making them listen to a (very funny) safety video, but she had the look and attitude of a person that hates her job and the people that visit Extreme360.

However, all of the other staff were lovely, helpful, attentive to what was happening and sorted out the issue with the unreliable lockers.

We'd definitely go again as my children had a fantastic time but I'd try to avoid the death stare of the video woman.

User

2 hour session for £5 each for me and my two year old. Trampolining equipment was fantastic, nice cafe upstairs for viewing but we didn’t order anything so don’t know about food.I’d say the toddler toys need updating, tunnel was torn to shreds and the teddies have seen better days. Nice helpful staff and not overcrowded.

Waited 20 mins to sign in. Only one person and one checkin device. By the time the toddlers got onto the trampoline we had lost half hour. What happened to the heating? It was very cold indeed especially as I sat upstairs watching the grandchildren. Thought the play area was great. With a bit better management it would be brilliant.

User

Good for the kids. but the staff could work on there customer service, especially the lady on front desk she was so rude to the customer in front of me and then quite abrupt with me.Definitely shouldnt be front of house!

User

Park area itself is fantastic - had lots of fun with my friend and her two children. However, the place is completely let down by the Cafe. Service was shocking and staff were very unhelpful. Had to wait 50 minutes for two pizzas, chicken nuggets, chips and two sandwiches for the kids. By which point the kids were climbing the walls and absolutely starving. When the pizza’s and chips eventually came out they were inedible and not cooked at all.

Never waited for the rest to come out, and insisted on a full refund instead. No apology from the cafe staff for the wait. And the manager who went to ‘deal’ with our refund left us downstairs for an additional 15 minutes before I eventually had to go up and look for her, only to find she had then started to serve a long line of people in the cafe queue. Safe to say my friend had two very disappointed and starving children by the time she got home!

Would go again for the trampoline park. But with lots of younger staff, they clearly need more supervision and guidance. And more people are definitely required in the cafe for the volume of customers!

User

My boys love coming here and with a big age difference and differing abilities (13 and 6 with disabilities) its challening to find something they can both enjoy. However the staff in the main are rude, unhelpful and dont want to support additional needs. I had the same issue when we attended last time and spoke to the manager. Thought this was resolved. Very disappointing

User

Kids had a good time! The cafe is shocking though! Asked for a hot dog got told they wasn’t serving hot food till after 11.... fair enough went back up at half 11 to be told no hot food was being served! My hot chocolate at £2.75 was half a cup of froth!

Would take the kids again but wouldn’t be using the cafe at all

User

Ive taken my girls here several times and they have really enjoyed it...however I took them today and was really disappointed. To start with we were shown the safety video which was fine then left to it. This was 15mins before it was our jump session. Id been b4 so I knew that we had to wait until whistle before I could allow by kids on but I had 2 families barge past me and head onto the trampolines where previous session was still going. I brought it to the attention of a 'marshall' to be met with a 'oh' then nothing else. I let that go. Then the barrier wasnt down on the steps where they can wait so after my 3 children were waiting patiently a group of 10 youngsters decided to race up the steps nearly knocking them flying (parents had obviously already left them to their own devices...). After me casually mentioning to them to be careful another 3 children decided to push past them. Id had enough by then as again no parents in sight. Mentioned it to the reception who said its the marshalls job! I spoke to the 'marshall' a very young and by the looks of it a girl that wasnt at all interested in her job. When I mentioned that the barrier should be down and she should be making sure they wait by the barrier again her response was to shrug her shoulders. I then asked her wouldnt it be better to wait by then chain that goes across the safety talk room so they knew which adults/chn were next on and to stop the piles of kids (unsupervised) piling onto the steps. Again her response was to shrug her shoulders and reply 'dont know' surely it is her job to know. After all she has a job to do properly...right? I then proceded to watch her 'lean' against the railing looking completed bored and not at all bothered about what she was doing. No checking and watching the numerous adults and children double bouncing and running across trampolines. It was an accident waiting to happen.

I have been times where there have been older 'boys'in charge and doing their job well but the staff that I saw today that were 'maning' the park was absolutely atrocious and should not be in charge of making sure the adults and children use the park the right way because from where I was watching I would say 50% of the people werent. Whether they were having a bad day or not im suprised during the hr that I was there an accident hadnt happened.

Im all for giving youngsters jobs to earn a wage but please make sure they are putting the correct procedures in place and adhering to the correct rules so it is safe to use. i.e barriers down so children and adults know where to wait and ratios and numbers are safe. To be met with the response of a shrug and 'I dont know' in my eyes is totally unacceptable when you are paid to do a job.

The lady at reception was helpful and very apologetic and I will be giving them the benefit of the doubt and visiting again as maybe today was an 'off' day but please Xtreme 360 maybe you should rethink your staffing structure or make sure the young adults you employ are actually interested in their job and the safety of the adults and children in there.

Travelled from newmarket.. got here all was ok. Got over charged.. went in and the heater have been off all night so its beyond freezing. Children are shivering and lips are blue. Even I’m cold. Went to the cafe and order a children’s lunch box to be told we cannot change the salt and vinegar crisps to any other flavour.. so I had to buy more as my child doesn’t even like those. Banana milkshake that’s kept on the counter that cannot be changed either.. child has a milk allergy so coat even more to get another drink.. to be told they have no juice or squash. Not happy I’ve paid £21 to get in £13 in the cafe and i would never return. Absolutely gutted.

The place itself is good the kids all enjoyed it but the staff are terrible, except one young lady who should be the manager not the lady I spoke with. My mother booked a party it came to over £200, and when we arrived we waited around for ages, then was lead upstairs to a room on the balcony, and we was expecting the party host to talk to us etc maybe even a happy Birthday would have been appropriate but nothing a short safety video was put on (which by the way you can’t hear as the music is so loud) and yeah she just kept walking in gave wristbands walked out was like a ghost really no communication skills until my mother was eventually like are they going to actually talk to us like what’s the plan do they go play for a hour then get recalled for food & cake etc? The host keeps disappearing, and as she’s so young seems she hasn’t mastered the simple art of communication which a bit odd if you’re a kids party host. Eventually my Mum said I’m going to go and speak to the manager, and explain there is no direction, and so far we are not getting a good deal here. So eventually she came back and I was mortified to hear the manager (who by the way was standing at reception txting on her phone) had offered NO solution just to write a email if we was unhappy like that was her only solution, she was not prepared to intervene and make the second half better. So because my mums a bit of a softie I thought right ok I will go speak with this manager who I will call A rather than write her full name. A offered me the same explanation with no solution as before and agreed it was poor. The host was doing two parties, and was busy and if we was unhappy to send a email, so at this point I started to get annoyed, and said so what you’re offering as a solution is nothing I explained we have had no direction or conversation and the host comes in put something on the side and walks off and it’s not what we paid for that’s not a host that someone just floating about with 0 communication skills. I offered A several chances to come upstairs and resolve it by having a discreet word with the host or better yet why doesn’t she see to us herself rather than standing by reception, this was something she was not prepared to do so I warned her that if she literally was going to give us half a party I would give her half the balance on our exit, she just said ok that’s fine. Eventually I returned back upstairs to then be shorty followed by a member of staff who had been sent to take all the party bags away from the children........ The girl who was sent had that awkward look on her face as she told us this, then in walked the host with a platter of sandwiches, I said so you’re going to take party bags but allow the food? Very bizarre and why doesn’t A the manager come and tell us this herself or is she once again showing what a incompetent manager she is by sending you? The member of staff said nothing but had that look of yeah I know bad isn’t it. I explained to her in detail why this was all happening and she again repeated the managers words about having two parties, but that’s not really our problem though is it my mums got to pay for this lack of party not really our concern if you have three people standing at reception including the manager, while one young girl has to flit between two party’s? She agreed it wasn’t our fault. I didn’t say anything to the host as she was young and I didn’t want to upset a young girl so I went to the manager thinking she will sort it but she flat out didn’t care and said just send a email. Anyway I let them keep the £90 deposit, and left without paying the remainder as I had told the manger I would if she didn’t improve the experience which she didn’t. To the bosses/owners of this establishment you need to invest in more training for your staff they to young and not the most part no paying attention, especially when people are paying hundreds of pounds to have there child’s Birthday party spoiled by a non talking host, and as for the manager she shouldn’t be in the position to manage anything. Incompetent and week is my estimation of her character. It Would have been so easy to say apologies sir we are busy but I’m going to send someone to make this experience better or at least say to her staff look parents are complaining saying you’re not communicating with them but nothing just send a email sir after you have paid us. No I don’t think so. Ps the food was also pretty poor sandwiches and some sausage rolls, the room didn’t have balloons nothing was them simply cashing in on children’s birthdays for a ham sandwich’s & 45mins of bouncing. Very poor and if you read the reviews people are constantly mentioning the managers attitude, so maybe you lot running it should have a think about that. Next time we will go back to Bounce.

Never returning and advise people not to book a party here.. we were issued with a so called 'party planner' who just basically handed out wrist bands, then never saw her again.that was just the beginning..having purchased a party package for 10 kids which included Domino pizza and party bags,we were informed that the pizza would be delayed by 10 mins.. 52 minutes later at 7.52 pm they finally arrived( by which by this time some kids left to go home, hungry). during the 52 minute delay we enquired about the party bags to which we were asked what party package we paid for,(which they should of known) for the then supposed manager to hastily run off and make them up..we were offered 4 free passes to compensate us,but we refused as we stated that we wouldn't be returning. We didn't even get the standard free return pass...Avoid this place if booking a party.

Im sat in the filthy cafe rite now freezing cold. Every1 is rubbin their hands 2getha with coats and wolly hats on. Kids have freezing cold hands even the staff have jumpers and coats on!!!

User

Dreadful customer service as staff clearly taking their lead from their manager who was the epitome of rudeness. She was obviously having a bad day and made sure everyone knew about it! Greeted curtly at reception and told off for using a groupon code on the day not booking ahead despite ringing to explicitly check we would be able to and being assured by the staff member that it was fine. Incredible rudeness from the clearly harassed manager during the safety briefing who stormed out when a customer answered back. Spent 15 minutes of our 1hr allocation trying to get the lockers to work which we didn't achieve even with 'assistance' from staff and had to have one of us babysit the belongings rather than participate. We have been to two parties here and not had any problems but clearly as paying guests it's a different story. We had recommended it as a venue to meet up with friends but needless to say we won't be doing so again!
