This is by far the best butchers in this region, as a restaurant we use Yagers for our meat as the quality is guaranteed every time! Definitely recommend to everyone, Lee also has brilliant BBQ packs available at very reasonable prices for the summer months( so much better than supermarket offerings!!)

Pork sandwiches and polony at the top of a very large pile of great food!

Popped in earlier for a pork dip and ended up walking out with a bag full! Prices are really good and the quality of meat speaks for itself !

Popped in Saturday for two flavored full racks off ribs couldn't knock the price and the quality was top notch loads off meat, oh and the pork specials were every bit as good as they've always been!! I'll be back in soon,

Ordered some kebabs to take on holiday as only place willing to make without garlic on, and they are absolutely beautiful, and the staff are brilliant and so helpful with any enquiry, would recommend to everyone as the products are fantastic.

Me and another member on this forum ,John Short used to meet with Harry Yager and his wife and son and daughter at a pub near Burnhopefield on a Friday night.

They were wonderful like the food they made.

Although live at the other side of the world ,I ask my wife to make me a Yager sandwich .

Did they make sausage rolls as well ,I cannot remember.

Love yagers meat for quality and freshness, also has the benefit of being low fat too, the meat packs are great value , particularly love the sausages and burgers

Love the lean pack for 20 quid can't go wrong value for money and quality products

Just picked up a lean meat pack, can't fault the quality and the price is fantastic!

Had a Lamb Shank tonight which my wife purchased and it was the best one I've ever had, ate every scrap. Thank you Yager's.

Bought the burgers that were on offer of two packs for £3 and they were absolutely amazing !!! Really tasty and no shrinkage at all. Dry fried them expecting to have fat run out of them and there was virtually no fat !!!!

Will definitely be buying them again x

Been up today an got a couple of the family pies. Steak an cornbeef for my daughter's birthday party. They didn't even make the party absolutely beautiful

Always loved the food from here, even under the new owners, dont get to eat it that much now since moving to Northumberland but i do come down to visit sometimes, a savaloy dip is always a welcolme site, staff very friendly to, cant fault it. You deserve more than five stars, simply perfect.
