Have you ever wanted to try a meditation & Mindfulness class but just weren't sure if it's right for you? Then why not book a place at one of my FREE taster sessions.
Come along and find out all about meditation and the amazing benefits it can have on your health and wellbeing. We will do a couple of meditation p...ractises and in between the practise will chat about meditation and how the process works. You do not need to bring anything with you (just yourself). During the lesson we will be sitting on chairs so you will be nice and comfy.
I will be running 2 taster sessions the first before work from 8.15am-9am and the second from 9.15am-10am. Booking is essential - please find the direct booking links below.
