Yarborough Arms

Although I live in Ulceby I rarely use the local pubs the yarborough welcomes you with open arms and the food is excellent I will be going back again to eat. (I recommend the lamb shank)👍👌😊

After my earlier review I now find the Yarborough to be the most depressing place to be on a Sunday afternoon. I walked in to a pub devoid of customers but had to wait at least 2 minutes until the staff behind the bar had finished their conversation. Maybe they should realise that customers are their business, not an interuption to their own business. The seating is all sofas and low tables, if I want to drink from a coffee table I will buy a can from Tesco and drink at home. I remember when this was a good pub in the 1980's when George Richardson owned it but now it isn't going to be worth another visit. Overpriced and dismal. 1 out of 10 just because it is still open (when they feel like opening)

This place is great. Nice friendly staff, the food is homemade and really good. If you stay the rooms are clean modern and really comfortable what more could you want.

Great food terrific VFM fish especially good

Very helpful and friendly lady on the telephone at 9 in the morning when I booked the table and meals for 4 of us. When we arrived the table was ready and clean the food was served promptly and was hot and cooked just right. Very friendly helpful staff on hand but not pyshing you to finish and great portion sizes from main course to puddings, these were lovely and a varied choice too.. All in all excellent.

Great food and beer selection. Sunday lunch is great. The pies are both tasty and a challenge.
