Within counselling I believe that people can come for many different reasons. I am a believer of client led counselling and that as a counsellor I am there to provide my clients with a safe, genuine, non-judgemental place to be able to explore themselves. I believe that as a client you are able to reach your own goals in this setting and reach an awareness of self. I am there to bring light on dark places of your life, to bring clarity to confusion.
