Well my misses visited this place for the first time and it became 1 of her best places for breakfast

Visited again last night and had a great time again. Whilst some drinks were unavailable didn't stop us enjoying the ones we had. Busy place so you should expect some things might not be available and choose something else. Will I visit again? Almost definitely when I'm back in Manchester next month ����

The meal was gorgeous it was perfect.. I'm from Durham and it was the best meal I'd had since been here so back tonight for another...well done to the pub and all the staff very nice thankyou...

Over in Manchester for a break form the Irish weather and have had food and drinks here on two occasions and the food is outstanding and the staff are very nice and polite I will definitely b back (my local away from home) �

New doorman called nas was amazing... i will be back to see him again soon!

It's a grate place to be no fights and all staff and door men are grate nice and friendly place.

Stopped by for lunch which was ok bar staff friendly they brought meals by left the dirty glasses on table from a previous customer.. dropped to 4 stars because of that.. but would go back

Spot on! Post stag night beer and breakfast on a rainy Manchester Sunday morning . The staff were great as was the breakfast!

Really love establishment. Was nice to be greeted by a member of staff as we enter rather than just the bouncers. Only problem was the music was a little bit too lad and me and my date had to shout to each other whilst talking.

Had a good nite in there we also went to yates in the printworks what a dump , no tables to sit at lots of space available to put them there , not to mention it was efin cold in there so holding a beer for 15 mins and no small shelves to put your drinks on .. we did one

Great place great staff cocktails are amazing and great food friendly atmosphere me and my friends had a great time

The toilets in this venue are absolouey disgusting!!! The stairs all the way up stink,no locks, dirty and generally grotty!! Food and drinks were ok

Atmosphere was ok food was crap. Had cardboard sausage n mash that didnt taste like mash. Id go again but eat sumwhere else

Not my idea of a good night out.

Me and my friend went to Yates yesterday and To be honest we didn't have a great experience.... We ordered food that came.... I'm pretty sure it was microwaved it was dry and tasteless.... Once we finished our meal we had another pint, probably there for another 20mins before we left and our table was never cleaned dishes and pint glasses left. Would I go back probably not.

Certain members of staff was very rude and everytime we got a cocktail ir was made different

Called in on Saturday whilst waiting for my coach. Was ok, but didn't like been approached asking for monies to sponsor some youth club.. Don't think I would come back would probably try another pub....

What a disgusting bar with terrible sevice from bar staff who are rude and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Do NOT come to this bar. Vile

Went in for food at 7pm no Sunday roast so asked for chicken surprise no chicken, the lad serving was dry and very unhelpful, won’t use a Yates again

Went in for a hen party. The service was okay but the dj really let the place down. The bride to be and other guests requested songs and they were never played. Spent a few hours here waiting for the songs tonne played then moved on. Really ruined the place for us.

Was there yeasterday steak was size chicken nugget asked staff said she cut it to size whst joke 7 chips full bag garden peas every 1 was clearing tables it was under staffed why should costomers clean tables kaos if u ask me

Visited this evening. The barmaid Sarah didn't crack a smile and would have been better suited working in a mortuary. The "cocktails" tasted like toilet cleaner, and that's pretty offensive to toilet cleaner. The toilets? Well that was a whole different experience. Never thought I'd have to hover over a weeks worth of other people's sick and bad bowel movements, but on a positive note, cheers for improving my ninja toilet skills.

Quite happy to let in during the day, went to to the same place after watching jessie j in concert around the corner. To be told I can't come in due to the clothing I was wearing. Do not find this acceptable having visited earlier that day

Outstandly bad service from one of the “bouncers” talk about a god complex. We spilt one drink. Pretty sure he’s seen way worse. Threatened to have us removed so we left. He had kicked out someone else whist I was waiting for my friends, probably for having a smile on his face.

Myself, my daughter and my 2 sisters visited your Yates Manchester for a spot of lunch to finish off a fantastic weekend away. We stopped in just after 11.30am as we were catching a 4 hour bus journey back to Scotland at 1pm and had to eat before we left. We ordered approx 11.45am, 2 mighty burgers a club sandwich and an ‘even bigger breakfast’ The burgers paid on one card and the breakfast, club sandwich and drinks on another card as we were splitting the bill!



At 12.30pm (45 mins later) we still had no sign of it so enquired and advised we would have to go in 10 mins to get the bus back to Scotland. If we had known there would have been such a wait we would NEVER have ordered!! And nipped into McDonald’s. Even if someone kept us posted on the long food delays!!



The very charming girl went to find out and said it was about to be brought out. As we could not wait we were told the food could be boxed. Not ideal however it was what it was and had no choice or we would have missed our 4 hour long bus journey home. Another 10 mins later a bag of food arrived. Before leaving we decided just to check it as Didnt look like an oder for 4 people. just as well did!! Only 2 burgers and 2 chips. I said to the young lady who again went to check with the kitchen. By 20 to 1( almost an hour from when we place the Order) out came another bag and the girl said. Your club sandwich is on order but I don’t know how long it will be!! At this stage again we had no choice but to say we can’t wait and had to make a huge dash for the bus. Which we made with seconds to spare. At this stage we had not even had Time to check the breakfast. To our disgust the ‘ even bigger breakfast’ could not have been any smaller if you tried. What we got was a tiny freezing cold, sad excuse for a breakfast as apossed to the £10.45 we ordered and had paid for.

As for the Burgers... freezing. Both could not It be eaten. Onion rings missing!!



So we paid 40 quid for a freezing poor excuse for a lunch we waited over an hour for that none us could eat and had to make a 4 hour bus journey.



Absolutely disgraceful from a reputable name!! I have attached the sad excuse we received for £10.45 ‘ even bigger breakfast ‘ you call it!!



I do no not have any other pictures I can supply before you ask me to provide evidence!



I expect someone to contact me and my sister and arrange at the very very least our money back!!

I was planning on leaving a positive review because food was great but the fact that my friend got harassed and nearly punched in the face in front of bar staff by some drugged up asshole makes it very hard for me to leave such review.



I've worked for the company for 3 years and I have never expected staff to not take any action especially when substance abuse has been an aggregating factor in this situation.
