Guys Yaya's (Manchester) will be closed from today 16th May 2018 and reopen on Monday 21st May 2018.
During the Ramzan period we will open from 6pm each day For Iftari bookings please call 0161 376 4409 from 6pm... Please attend 1 hour before Iftari itself, so we can get all orders in - anything later will lead to delays of food and possible cancellation of bookings.
We are sorry for these rules but the Ramzan period is very difficult for us all and we will try our best to meet everyone's expectations.

Hi All, We are proud to announce that we were recently once again awarded with a Level 5 star rating by the FSA (Food Standards Agency). We thank all of our customers for their continued support and feedback to improve the business in every aspect. We are hoping to finalise our recent refurb with an improved Namaz space upstairs.

All, We are reopening on the 25/1/18 from 4pm IA Unfortunately it has taken longer than expected but maintenance work can’t be avoided and we needed to make sure everything was fully complete before we reopened. The new additions to the menu will come in play within the next two weeks IA as we want to be sure we get them right 🙏🙏 We can only apologise for the delay but we are very grateful for your patience and continuous support.... Note: - Iftari bookings will need to be made by phone "only" (no inbox bookings will be accepted) alternatively if possible, you can attend the restaurant from 6pm and make the booking - Please be accurate in regards to your numbers as we will be extremely busy and will of course try our best to accommodate everyone accordingly. - Only bookings for that day will be taken and not for the future. - For Iftar please make sure you attend the restaurant, at least 45 min to an hour before the fast opens - To book please ring 0161 376 4409 from 5pm. - We do also have a small pray facility
The lines can be busy - please be patient as all other customers will be trying to get through at the same time

Iftari tonight MA

We were there yesterday for our wedding anniversary meal and we loved it!! Friendly customer service, nice clean seating area, subtle environment and melodious music.

We were welcomed with a smile, order taken and explained with a smile and served with a smile - the professionalism was of high standard. The wait for the meal was understandable due to the restaurant being busy and when it arrived it looked appetising - portion size was on point and the taste was immaculate or as I would say 'yummylicious'!!

We will recommend to family and friends and will Inshaa Allah be back again in the near future! Keep up the great hospitality! Jazak'Allah �

So, I decided to go to this 'Yayas' for the 1st time & was extremely annoyed with the waiting time of 2 hours considering I've already had a 2 hr drive. So ended up eating elsewhere, but I knew I was going to be back to see what the 'hype' was about.



so I went back few weeks later, luckily it was quiet.... so anyway, as I've had the first bite of the steak, gosh it was gorgeous! the food definitely justified the waiting time!

literally loved the mushroom sauce, could eat it alone! & the mix grill... literally delicious. literally just kept eating... and eating... and eating till I physically felt like id burst.



& considering how most recognised steakhouses - offer mash, or veg individually at separate prices, think this is the 1st steak house to offer variety of sides with a steak included within the price.



definitely worth going back to!

Need a yaya's in Birmingham to save the hassle !!!!

My friends and I visited Yaya’s yesterday. It was the first time for all of us except one. It was on his recommendation that we went.



When we got there, we could see it was busy (a sign that it’s a good place to eat). We spoke to someone who advised that the waiting time is about 30mins. He took our details and advised that it would be best to wait in our cars and come back in half an hour. Which we did. We waited in the waiting area for about 3-5 mins and we were then taken to our table.



The waiter took our order and went off. He then cane back with a printed version of our order for us to double check. I thought that was a brilliant way to eliminate any errors in the order.



Our food arrived and we all loved it. Really enjoyed it.



Service was brilliant and the food was brilliant.



The place it self had it’s own special atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again.

Me and my husband came here last night for the first time.

It was very busy which makes you think the food must be nice.

We waited for about 20 mins for a table which wasn't bad at all.

We order the steak which was really nice, it was cooked exactly how we wanted it and tasted great, the atmosphere was nice (the music was a bit too bassy) which I usually don't mind but not when your eating a meal trying to talk, so maybe the staff could change that.

Our waiter waiter was so lovely and helpful, I didn't manage to catch his name.

Just been here for a works night out. Wow... the food is delicious. The service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable for what you get. My only complaint is that my belly can’t fit more in! Definitely going here again!

I've been here a few times now I can honestly say that service I receive from the staff here is fantastic and the food is absolutely amazing I would recommend this place to everyone I know a must place to visit if you're a food lover

I really enjoyed my chicken steak very nice, and fresh but I can't eat at all! Coz to much for me. Thanks we will be back again.

I heard a lot about this place. People talking about quality top food. Really wanted to try this place for a long time and ended up eating here yesterday afternoon. An unplanned visit. Was surprised it was open at 2pm as I thought it only opened at 5pm everyday. I must say the hype is justified. There were 5 of us and we all ordered something different and the food was amazing. The stand out food were the lamb chops. The meat just melted in the mouth. Succulent, tender and delicious. I would come here again just for the lamb chops! The chicken bagel burger was awesome. Sisters went for salmon dish and chicken steak which they enjoyed. Yayas, you didn't disappoint.

I had very good time with my family, food very good value for money

Had dinner here this evening with my friend Sonia who is the owner's niece. I'd heard so much about this restaurant from Sonia and people I work with. I ordered the Sirloin Steak, rare and I can honestly say it was one of the best steaks I've had. I'm fussy with steak as Restaurants never seem to get it right when you ask for rare, however this was perfect. Very busy place with good staff, certainly worth a visit. I will definitely be back......

Great steaks, amazing sauces! Felt very much like tgi fridays. Seating is adequate. Pram friendly. Delicious salads. Starters are amazing too. We had a gread family feast at Yaya’s. Staff is friendly and service was quick. I’d recommend it to everybody. Totaly halal menu.

Amazing steak cooked to perfection mash was delicious veg let it down tho green peppers r an acquired taste n therefore dominated the main flavor which i didn't like other than that highly recommend ...

We went to Yayas on Thursday 15th February. We arrived for 6pm and were seated immediately. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I like the fact that they print out the receipt to check prior to the order coming. The buffalo wings are excellent. A must try. The prawns however were a complete letdown and very expensive. You get three prawns for £7!!! Don't order. I know prawns are expensive but that takes the biscuit. We all ordered steak dinners and they were excellent. It would be nice to have options to change chips for curly fries etc even if you had to pay extra as most steakhouses let you customise the sides. I also would have liked an option to pay less and not have chips as I think some people would prefer just steak, mash and veg. Some little tweaks and I would have given a five star!

On arrival I waited in a 2m squared waiting area along with 8 other people for 10 minutes. I had gone through a door to ask if i could wait at the bar area which was more spacious. A worker had said i can not wait beyond the waiting area and i booked a table which I waited 20 minutes for. I had no idea i had to go through the doors to book the table i could of been waiting longer than i had. Waiters were stood around and talking amongst themselves. However food was good.

I asked for rare got well done ! Plus got recommended a spicy sauce on top which was vile ! I told the waiter my problem with the steak and all I got back was it keeps cooking when it's served ... I cut into it straight away ! If that was the case then why not make it blue so when it got to me it'd be rare... this place got major hype for nothing also took forever to come to the table to ask our drinks order which are so overpriced ! The only reason I haven't given it a 1 is because the starter was nice and the waiter was friendly even when I complained even though I got a lame excuse it's just unfortunate I paid nearly £20 for a steak that I can get for less than a tenner in a chain restaurant cooked better .

The food was a mixed bag but the silly extras added on were a joke. £3.50 extra for their staff to carry out a birthday cake and sing- 3 of them came out and only 1 sang and even that was shocking! We didn't finish our meal so asked for the rest of it to be packed but guess what? They don't do that, instead they gave us foil trays to put the remaining food in and take away. The waiter service was also very slow.

All in all not a good first experience, won't be coming back.

Shocking customer service, two lies to cover the previous fib..... this is the alleged manager I’m talking about, god help the rest if the leader is like this?!?!!



It’s a shame as I’ve been told the food is of good quality.
