Yellow Cars

I use yellow cars everyday to go and visit my sick wife in hospital. The taxi arrived every day on time and the drivers are so kind. As I have been doing this journey regularly the drivers always ask about my wife and when she would be coming home. It's so nice to see that people actually care about one another. The guys at yellow have also sorted me out this journey at a discounted rate as I do it once in the morning and then back home in the evenings. I don't know where I would be without them

What a lovely and pleasant journey from my house to the airport. The taxi arrived on time to pick me up and the driver helped me with my luggage. Driver was such a lovely person we just chatted the whole time to the airport and he once again helped me with my language and paid for a trolley so I did not have to ball my bags along . I have already booked my return journey and have asked for the same driver YO48 Philip what a lovely man thank you ever so much

Got a yellow cab today was amazing from start to finish. The booking office was so helpful and the drivers was amazing. Was such a nice driver he opened and closed the door which you don't get now days. He did not over charge me. Will be booking again definitely for all my journeys in the future.

What a fantastic mini cab office price are cheap put service is excellent. U use yellow car everyday to travel to and from work and they have never let me down. My car is always on time and always clean. The drivers are such gentlemen opening and closing the door for me. I would highly recommend using yellow cars. I have a business in Holloway and have recently started to use yellow cars to pick and drop items of to my customers all over London . The service is amazing and i feel safe sending my items with the drivers who always arrive on time and are polite. They keep me updated when the item has been delivered or if they are stuck in traffic. I have also informed many of my friends about Yellow cars and i would recommend it to you if you are reading this review. keep up the good work yellow. Teach your drivers how to drive. Clearly don't understand how to use a junction. Coming into Clifton gardens, driver was in the wrong lane, then failed to indicate and nearly wiped me out, then came back across me without indicating and near enough pushed me onto the pavement. Pure useless.

Awful service. The people in the office are rude. They lie. They over promise and under deliver. They are stupid. The drivers are fine but the service is massively compromised because the office tell you lies. I have been waiting 45 mins for a car that was supposed to be ten. Too many bad experiences with them. Will never use again.

Booked a cab last night to pick me and the girls up from my house. Driver 25 was amazing had a 7 seater which was perfect for us. The car was clean and tidy and the driver was the most professional driver ever. Always use yellow cars for my journeys as I feel safe unlike some other cab offices where the drivers don't care.

Totally disagree with all the negative comments. Yellow cars have improved there service by far and there pricing is cheapest about with 100% customer service. As for kabbee mentioned i have booked through them and they are nothing but thieves. They have no contact number and always blame the cab office for there mistakes like when they did not bother to book my journey to pick me and my disabled son up from the airport.

I thinks its time we give yellow cars a break and look at the other companies out there. Yellow cars is a friendly and caring cab office who i have been used since the 70's .

I don't use cabs often but when I do I always try to use Yellow Cars. I have been using them for over 20 years now and they have never let me down. They are very polite, helpful, competitively priced and most importantly extremely reliable. I highly recommend them.

45 minute late to airport
Lost flight and no reply to complaint
I had to go for legal way.

Absolutely poor service.
