**4 tips for fat loss**
1. Calorie deficit In order to lose weight you have to restrict calories consumed, first find your maintenance calories and then aim to reduce calories by 300-500kcals per day, just think that could be 3500kcals a week which would mean 1 pound of fat lost!
... 2. Exercise Aim to exercise 3-4 times a week with weights, itโs a great way to boost metabolism and burn extra calories
3. Move more If youโre job involves being sat down all day this is a must! Step trackers such as fit bits can be very useful and motivate you to get up and move. Aim for 10,000 steps a day ๐๐ป
4. Stop drinking empty calories! If the goal is to lose weight donโt waste what precious calories you have in a day on drinks that will not get you full.
