Yhn Housing Services At Kenton

The Kenton Tenancy and Estates Management team provides housing management services to customers and residents within the Kenton, Cowgate, Blakelaw, Gosforth and Fawdon area.
We are involved in a range of tenancy issues; the following areas of work are the core services we aim to provide:

· Tenancy Management - Managing current tenancies to ensure all tenants have quiet enjoyment in their tenancy. It also ensures that tenants fulfil their responsibilities outlined in their tenancy agreement.

· Tackling ASB - To give our tenants and residents quiet enjoyment of their home. This work helps sustain tenancies and communities, and ultimately reduces levels of ASB in our neighbourhood

· Tackling Environmental Issues – We aim to ensure estates are clean and tidy by regularly inspecting estates and identifying areas of investment / improvement

· Community Engagement – We will engage with our customers to ensure we deliver and tailor our services according to their own needs

· Customer Services – We will provide excellent customer service to ensure we support our customers to access services and help utilise the service that they require
