Olga teaches a variety of Yoga Classes and Yoga Workshops spanning all levels of ability and ages. Yoga classes take place at locations around Eastbourne, including Sports Clubs, Yoga Studios, and outdoors in Gildredge Park during the Summer Months.
Yoga For Wellbeing With Olga Oakenfold Description
In my yoga classes you will be practicing strengthening postures, simple flowing sequences and therapeutic alignment based on Anusara Yoga principles of alignment. Classes designed to improve the posture; bring extra strength, flexibility and awareness of the body. Relaxation and Meditation help you to calm the mind. Suitable for everyone.
Before each yoga practice I always ask my students to set the Intention.
"Take a moment to remind yourself about your intention. We all have intentions. It can be very small or very big. It can be just for this yoga class, or for a day, or for a few days ahead. If you are in doubt ask yourself: How you committed to yourself? How you committed to your health? And find the inspiration in your answer".
We are willing to accept every part of our experience and willing to cultivate our self in the best way possible. We accept things as they are and cultivate transformation. –OM-
