Yoga Life isn't about being able to touch your toes or being super strong. You don’t have to hug trees or eat lentils and chi seeds to join the club. Yoga Life isn’t about being the best in the room its about helping others to be their very best. Its about Love and acceptance because who cares if you can do the splits if you cant help the people around you. Yoga Life isn’t a collection of gurus and teachers it’s a family, a community and group of friends. Our members dont “go” to Yoga Life they ARE Yoga Life and Yoga Life wants you too.
