Cheltenham area yoga, with experienced instructor, trained in Yoga Therapy, adapting yoga to the individual. All students are encouraged to challenge themselves with respect for their current limits. Yoga philosophy woven into the practices, connecting body, breath and mind to deepen the experience beyond just a physical practice. Class styles vary in intensity and pace, some more energetic and flowing, others with slower transitions.
