Here are few photos from my recent trip to Netherlands for Ashtanga Primary Series 50 hours Teacher Training Course with enchanting David Swenson. I had a fantastic time, met lovely people AND survived without a single drop of coffee..just for that IвАЩve deserved that certificate рЯ•і!!! ...hey, still no coffee since рЯТ™рЯПї

Yoga4me is away from 23rd of Feb until 3rd of March. Yoga Classes will resume as per usual from 4th of March рЯМЇ

Next month I will be away from 25/2/19 till 3/3/19. I hope I will survive- one is not allowed to have coffee for the whole week рЯШ±рЯШ∞рЯШУ

After feeling a bit вАШunder the weatherвАЩ last week and not teaching my Monday AM class рЯШ±( Thank you Natalie Barton for the cover рЯТХ); today it was lovely being back with my Monday morning Yogis. So this is вАШourвАЩ room in Groby Village Hall where the magic happens рЯШЙ- and here you have вАШa little bit of meвАЩ in variation of a Mermaid Pose рЯІЬрЯПївАНвЩАпЄП... with safe prepping 1st - always!! рЯТѓ

But IвАЩve forgotten to dream.... IвАЩve forgotten that I use to dream.
Today, I found my вАШhopeвАЩ jar. A jar full of these wonderful dreams. It was dusty from outside but I could still see the glow from within.
And dreams do come true if you are being real you. A Dreamer.
I will open the lid of my jar and let my dreams out вАШthereвАЩ. Free. рЯТЂ
