A bit behind here at the moment but just wanted to catch up on some Mummy and Baby yoga graduates!
It really is so much fun to watch these gorgeous little people grow and enjoy the class and the time they spend with their Mummy.

Classes run Tuesdays 10.30am at the Cardea Pavilion and Thursdays 10am at the Nene Valley Commuinty Centre.

In our classes baby is not simply put in the corner, but is fully integrated into mum’s yoga practice; practicing their own moves, which helps to boost their immune system, and enhance their brain and nervous system development. Classes provide baby with sensory stimulation but also enhanced relaxation, leading to better sleep patterns.

YogaBellies is amazing! We attended both baby massage when my daughter was very young and progressed to baby yoga as she got older. Baby massage was so brilliant for my baby, especially as she was premature. She struggled with constipation and Danni showed us some techniques that helped instantly! The classes are so informative and fun, incorporting baby and Mummy. They allow us time to bond in a relaxing environment. Its great for Mums too to share their experiences, worries and handy advice. Thank you Danni for sharing my new Mummy journey and providing an ear (and a biscuit!) when needed xx

This was my first experience of yoga and I was nervous about paying the upfront fee but Danni said it was fine to try out the first class for a one off fee then sign up after that first night which put he at ease and I loved every second. The perfect combination of chatting to other mums realising you're not alone and Danni's first hand knowledge of pregnancy /childbirth and parenting. The yoga moves helped with back pain and indigestion and I look forward to the relaxation at the end. Each week I can't wait for Tuesday night when I feel I get time to bond with my baby and relax.

Me and Lily came to the 5 week baby massage course, and we would definitely recommend it to everyone. Lily has been struggling with colic and reflux and coming to the classes has helped us bond and learn to relax together! We've made some lovely friends too! Danni is a brilliant teacher - so caring and friendly! She creates a beautifully chilled atmosphere in her classes!

Lovely friendly and gentle class,totally relaxed with breastfeeding, nappy changes and a grizzly baby that danni would usually rock to sleep for me during the relaxation time at the end. Learnt some lovely baby moves and relaxation techniques for myself that have helped me to bond with baby. Defo recommend. 😊

I've had two amazing times at pregnancy yoga with my second and third babies � it was relaxing, informative, great exercise and a chance to bond with my bumps � I was always sad to leave!



I definitely found all the breathing exercises helped me during contractions, so much so that my other half even commented on it �



I also loved baby yoga � and learnt new songs and movements to help my little ones tummy! It was also a great opportunity to meet and chat with other mums!



Thank you danni for always being friendly, fun and so easy to talk to � and for all the personal touches you add to your classes!

I would highly recommend Danni's Baby massage class, I just finished the 5 week course with my daughter Caisey who is now 12 weeks old. It was very relaxing, a friendly, small class which meant we could all chat together and have Danni's full attention.

Caisey loved the massages and I believe they have helped with her colic as I have been doing them myself at home between classes. We even got tea and biscuits at the end plus a few freebies including a lovely smelling massage oil!

Danni is really friendly and welcoming, she loves to have cuddles with the babies and she was great at rocking Caisey to sleep after class!!

I will continue to practice what I've learnt and I'll be looking into doing further classes with danni!

I went to my first yogaBellies class and loved it! The moves can be adapted depending on how much you can/want to do. I was so relaxed at the end part that I could have easily fell asleep.�. The stretching moves made my achey lower back feel so much better! The class isn't huge which is nice- so you don't feel like a number at the back of a load of people. Everyone there was at different stages of their pregnancy so nobody feels like an odd bod. Danni made my friend and I feel really welcome and had a good chat with us at the end too. Fab class.

I started my Yogabellies journey when I was 20 weeks pregnant, I really enjoyed pregnancy yoga so when my little boy arrived and Danni was doing the baby massage course I was fast to sign up and we loved every minute of it. I met some wonderful mummy friends and when it ended we were pretty sad. After massage me and Elliott went on to do baby yoga for 12 weeks. We would of carried on but Elliott was getting too mobile and it was our time to finish. I have had the best journey and can’t recommend Danni and yogabellies enough to anyone who is thinking of doing it! Xx

I loved pregnancy yoga! I found the sessions both relaxed and informative, setting me up for some of the only nights sleep I managed to get throughout my pregnancy. The breathing techniques were particularly useful, making my labour a much more positive experience.



Since the arrival of Jacob, we have been to both pregnancy massage and mum & baby yoga. We have both really enjoyed our time spent practising yoga with lots of lovely mums and babies at different stages. The classes are really relaxed so you can feed and change baby at any time. It was so lovely to not have the pressure to have the perfect child every week as I've learnt just how unpredictable (and wonderful of course) babies really are! We're gutted that at nearly 9 months old, it's time for us to stop.



My pregnancy and maternity leave would not have been the same without the classes. Thanks Danni!

I love Yogabellies with my toddler and she loves it too. Dani is lovely- calm, kind and so good with the little ones. It's my time to relax and forget about the bustle of everyday life and my little girl loves interacting with the other children and has even started doing the yoga poses at home. Always the best start to our week! Thanks Dani! X

I have completed 6 classes so far and have found each one both informative and super relaxing. It is so lovely to meet other mums to be as well as have some time carved out of my week to just chill. I have never tried yoga before but Danni is an excellent instructor who is easy to follow and clearly very knowledgable and has made me consider yoga as a post- baby form of exercise in the future. My 2nd birth was so much calmer than my first and I felt so much more in control, I felt this was mostly down to the breathing techniques and relaxation methods I learnt at yoga. I couldn't wait to do mummy and baby yoga and these classes were just as lovely. Meeting other new mum's and making sure you get out the house - even on days that were a struggle - because you know you'll be greeted by a happy, smiling Danni and a nice cuppa and biscuit at the end. My little boy was always so happy at these sessions and I'm sure he recognised Danni's voice from our pregnancy classes �

I can't recommend Danni's Yogabellies class enough. As a yoga novice before pregnancy I was a bit concerned whether it would be for me but I absolutely love it. It is wonderful to take time out to relax, bond with baby and prepare for birth. It's great to pick up pregnancy tips from Danni and the other mums and I feel much more mentally prepared for what is to come. If your thinking about joining - go for it you won't regret it!

I absolutely love yoga with Danni. When pregnant I did pregnancy yoga - it was amazing and gave me a time each week to focus on solely myself and the baby. It prepared me so well for the birth of my baby and I used the breathing and relaxation techniques throughout the whole birth, allowing me to have the labour I wanted. It helped me to get in the zone and just follow my natural instincts. During tricky times in the pregnancy, Danni was there to listen to any worries and offer both strength and advice.



I now attend mummy and baby yoga with my little one. He has loved the sessions so far and it has become a special time for us each week. It also lovely to sit down and have a cup of tea and biscuit with other mums!



I can't praise Danni and the classes enough. She is just so lovely and caring towards all the ladies in the class. Love it! Xxx

Danni is fantastic and clearly adores her job because of adoring her daughters. Joy shines from this woman and she makes you feel so at ease. She is full of advice and support as well as extremely broody, haha. Her teaching is beautifully friendly and easy, she makes you feel really important and in control. Cannot recommend Danni's YogaBellies classes enough; I attended most of my Bump Yoga classes (Annabelle arrived early) and used y remaining credits towards a Baby Massage course with her which so far is fantastic as expected

Danni is very welcoming and understanding with what being a mummy is about so therefore adapts the class each week adding variety so it doesn't get repetitive for both you and the baby, along with adding songs when it comes to the baby's turn. After the class each week, Danni even makes everyone a cuppa so you can catch up before having to go home.



I would recommend this class for any age and any level whether you are new to yoga or not. If you are interested you should definitely give it a go!
