Understanding Yoga #2 Prana.
Prana. Prana, chi, life force, energy is everywhere around us. Weโll be starting the practice with PET (pranic energization technique) which is a well studied technique used in Yoga Therapy to revitalize each and every system and organ and cell in the body using breathwork and visualisation.
We will follow this practice with a delicious yin practice, working on our fascia (connective tissue) and deepening the stillness of the mind.
... We will also explore working with essential oils and discuss some therapeutic benefits whilst allowing our olfactory nervous system to enjoy the delights of delicious smells and our digestive system to enjoy the tastes.

I have been practicing yoga for many years and did my teacher training and yoga therapy training under an Ayurvedic doctor in Singapore. I also have yin yoga and kids yoga teaching qualifications and am a fully qualified school teacher.
... So come and see how you like my classes. Everyone is welcome, girls, boys, bendy, creaky! Give me a call if you would like to talk anything through but best is just to come and give it a go. Yoga really is for everyone. The perfect union of mind, body and breath. So come breathe, stretch and smile!
Current class schedule is as follows...
Monday 4:30-5:30 kids (5-7 years old) FULL at the moment. Places may open up after half term.
Tuesday night owls 8-9:15pm
NEW! Wednesday lunch time 12:15-1:30pm Wednesdays 8-9:15pm (beginners/ therapeutic)
Thursdays 9:30-10:45am Thursday night owls 8-9:15pm ( not always on- please check)
Friday early birds 6:00-7:00am Time to rise and shine๐ค
Saturdays Park run anyone? 9:00am at chantry park! Saturday stretch... 10:30-11:15am ( check in as won't be every week)
