The Yoga for pregnancy class is suitable for all, whether you are a complete beginner or experienced in Yoga. You will gain the most by starting early in your pregnancy but are welcome at any stage.
The Class will help you to:
• Prepare your mind and body for birth in a fun enjoyable environment
• Keep fit during pregnancy and help reduce aches and pains
• Improve your posture and core strength
• Meet other pregnant women
Using:
• Relaxation and breathing exercises
• Gentle and safe strengthening and stretching exercises
which are all specifically designed for pregnancy
About Me
I have a background in Nursing, Obstetrics and Health Visiting and am a qualified Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. I have studied Yoga in India and have been teaching this popular class for 25 years. I live in Oxford and have 2 grown up children.
