Over the last few years, I've visited the shop for bike repairs and cycling gear. I've found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially Joe, who always has time to offer his expert advice. I recently had a bike-fit in the shop with Jon, to achieve a better, more efficient riding position. This certainly worked for me. On my first ride a few days later it was very noticeable that I was generating more power on the bike, essentially making me go much faster (the stats don't lie!). I'd highly recommend a bike-fit with Jon, he is very knowledgeable and was thorough whilst doing the bike-fit. Basically, if you want to be more efficient and/or go faster on your bike, pay Jon in the shop a visit. It was worth every penny!

This is a fabulous independent bike shop. All the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. you should feel at home here whether you are a commuter or an elite cyclists, road or off-road, young or old. Thank you.

After visiting four cycle shops in one day with the purpose of buying a bike I found that Cycleworks was the only shop that seemed to take me seriously and listened to my needs. I bought a fabulous Trek Emonda SL 6 Pro. Nothing was to much trouble from start to finish even though it was getting late in the evening.
Cycleworks have gained my business for all my future purchases.

Bought a new Trek Domane bike from the guys here about a month ago. Was a great experience, let me trial the bike, got a great deal on a sale bike and then had a very thorough bike fit with Jon. The bike fit particularly was brilliant. Full measurements, looked at your stance, feet, pedal action and flexibility. Done a good few miles on it and is very comfortable. Would highly recommend this shop.

I feel compelled to write my first google review after my experience here. Very friendly and responsive staff with impeccable customer service.
They were able to identify and fix an awful creaking noise coming from my bike. I hope to have no more bike problems but I'll be going here if I do.

Absolutely top notch customer service from Mike whilst purchasing my new trail bike. Everything was fully explained through out the process and every aspect of my bike was explained in great detail. Not only that, but the follow up contact was a lovely touch and I would recommend this place to anyone! I shall be back for any further bike related purchases and servicing. Excellent place. Great friendly service, gave me a courtesy bike whilst they sourced parts and fixed my bike. Brilliant honest bike shop.

Very helpful. I needed a nut and bolt for a mud guard, bought at halfords, because the supplied one was too big. Someone found one that fit and gave it to me for free.

Thank you to Ginger Jon for the bike fit on my Orbea Ora. The way I had set it up, I just wasn't comfy and couldn't hold position. Following a bike fit, I managed a 1:06 bike split for an Olympic distance triathlon.
The staff are easy to deal with, knowledgeable in all disciplines and friendly! There's usually cake, too!

I discovered cycleworks last year when i booked in to have a full bike fit. I met Jon Cooper who was excellent and clearly very experienced and professional. He was able to advise me as a novice on all aspects of cycling and setup my bike with fantastic results. After a year of saving for a new bike I went back to Jon as the extra advice and support was invaluable and he went the extra mile (no pun intended). Jon is personable and full of excellent knowledge, which is so important for someone early into their cycling prowess! :) I have since bought a top notch Trek bike, which I now fly on - superb all round. Strongly recommend to all levels of rider! Thanks Jon! :)
