Incompetent . . . 18 months ago we applied for a business current account and deposit account, 3x Debit Cards for the directors/senior manager and to date we have the current account and 1x Debit Card . . . numerous correspondence over the 18 months has got us nowhere and when we close our account and move to another bank, no doubt they will ask the question why?
