Yorkshire Bike Fitting

I've had a bike fit from Stephen and I'm truly amazed at the difference both on the bike and after a ride. It feels almost like a new bike. My lower back pain has gone and post ride pains have disappeared. My new cleat position is especially amazing. I wish I had visited sooner instead of blundering though summer with the bike set up as out of the box!

I was experiencing a few comfort issues with my feet on longer rides .
A few tweaks were made to my saddle position stem length and the biggest adjustment was my cleats
