we are really pleased with our new kitchen. i had set ideas about what i wanted, but Gareth had other ideas ! when he suggested something different, i wasn't so sure. Gareth was really friendly and helpful and once i saw his ideas on the computer generated graphics, i was sold.

The quality of the kitchen is great.

Dave came and fitted the kitchen, he was also helpful and friendly and his workmanship was really good.

we had a couple of issues with the suppliers, with some things arriving later than planned. we also had an issue after the sink was fitted, as it leaked, but someone came out straight away to sort it for us.

i love my new kitchen and would recommend Yorkshire Kitchen Outlet

We were given an excellent array of choice from cabinets and doors to worktops and accessories, all of which combined to give a superb finished result.

Throughout our renovations we have been frustrated by issues, let downs and holdups by other trades, but that wasn't the case with Yorkshire Kitchen Outlet.

We have completely altered the layout of the house by moving the kitchen from the front of the house to the rear by knocking two bedrooms into one room. Throughout all this, Gareth was there to offer help, advice and alternative ideas, which was greatly appreciated. Added to this is an element of mind changing and a complete re-planning that was cheerfully undertaken by Gareth to give us what we wanted.

We would certainly recommend Yorkshire Kitchen Outlet to anyone who has this kind of project in mind, as the help, patience and technical knowledge given has been coupled with our visions that we have in what will be our new home. The planning involved has been implemented in a caring and understanding way that is shown in the final result.

We have been absolutely delighted with our overall experience of the Yorkshire Kitchen Outlet. Gareth is very personable and his design service was fantastic. He presented some really interesting layouts using 3D images that made it very easy for us to visualise. We were very indecisive customers but he was extremely patient with us and was happy to make several site visits until we nailed the perfect design down to the finest detail! We installed the kitchen ourselves. There were a couple of things missing from the delivery however Gareth sorted this out straight away and through the whole process his expert knowledge, help and advice has been invaluable. The quality of the units themselves is excellent and I really feel like our kitchen has the "wow factor" we were after. Highly recommended!

Really happy with the new kitchen installed by Yorkshire Kitchen Outlet. Dave and Mark were really friendly, and worked so hard on the kitchen and flooring (it was a big job 61m2!) and the finished result is perfect. Gareth’s design ideas really worked and we’ve ended up with a kitchen that not only looks good, it works well. I went for a larder cupboard floor to ceiling and sacrificed a bit of worktop for it but well worth it, it swallows everything! All completed as planned and within the timescale.

Our kitchen has just been completed and we just love it. For 11 years we lived in a small kitchen but now because a wall was knocked down we have a much larger workable modern kitchen that looks beautiful. I cannot thank Yorkshire Kitchen Outlet enough and the lads that made it happen ... Gareth, Matty and Dave to name a few. I must add that on many occasions we had to leave our door key with them due to work commitments which was not a worry one bit as these lads are trustworthy. So professional through every step the quality of the units are spot on, cannot recommend this company enough..... many thanks to everyone involved for making our kitchen beautiful for a very reasonable price. His investment in time to get the design right; nothing was too much trouble; he listened to what we wanted when others were trying to tell us what they wanted; and his team worked around the other houseworks we had going on, going over & above what was required. the finish was excellent, any snagging issues which you would always expect were sorted straight away and even after the project is finished he is still assisting us. I work in a service based industry and this really was exactly what we were looking for - do not go to the standard kitchen shops. Smaller company, more invested in what you want & how they can help you achieve it. Would recommend to anyone & would happily discuss with anyone who wants further advice - YKO can supply my contact details if you want to ask anything further.
