Happy, healthy and active is how I would describe all the animals here. Our first visit and we're considering a year pass next visit. Very spacious enclosures, what a wonderful place to visit. Rhino's running, polar bears playing, tigers prowling, lions roaring, giraffes walking up to the wall, and that's only the big stuff. Grandkids awed, and I was enthralled. I have nothing negative to report about this zoo and would highly recommend it to young and old alike. A good and full day out.

Lovely park to visit been before highly recommend it. The polar bears are beautiful and the otters are funny, didn't see any lemurs outside this time but could be because weather wasn't very nice. A great family day out and cheaper if you book online

Had a great visit on a Saturday lunch time. Park is easy to get to from the m18 and ample parking.
Prices are what you'd expect from similar venues. Park isn't too big and isn't too small, just right.
All facilities are clean and well maintained.
Good selection of animals and especially love the walk through areas. Lemurs were excellent.

Will definitely visit again

Absolutely amazing place to visit for young or old, the park is beautifully laid out, the animals have huge enclosures with so much more room to roam than in any zoo I have ever seen. Great range of different species of animals. Fabulous up close opportunities with the animals.
A great selection of different and varied shops in the entrance and plenty of refreshment stops and toilets throughout the park. The facilities are great.
This really is one of the best places we have ever visited and the safari nights experience made the trip even more wonderful, live music from Boyzlife on our trip 😍 and a fantastic fireworks display absolutely brilliant day out. Highly recommended to everyone, you really will not be disappointed....

Great place to visit with family or friends, you could happily spend all day here and visit reasonably often. As the prices (when compared with other similar attractions) are relatively low, we visit a couple of times a year. Every time we go we are surprised at how much additional development work they have undertaken.

The park obviously take pride in providing the best possible enclosures and conditions for each animal, large or small. Several of the enclosures have a mixture of animals in like they would be in the wild...although they do keep the lions and zebras separate for obvious reasons.

Some enclosures containing the smaller animals like lemurs, wallabies and spider monkeys, you are able to walk through, which allows you to get a really close up look at the animals.

There are multiple really great playgrounds if you are taking children, and there is also a live show about bugs. From memory there are two showings, one at 12 and the other at 3pm.

The park is already great, but you get the impression that because of their continued development, they will end up being one of the finest zoos in the country.

Well worth visiting!

Average place. Not really many animals. Just walking about looking at empty fields with Dandelions. Toilets disgusting absolutely stink. We came here when it first opened and was not impressed. Returned due to good reviews. Still not impressed. The local farm has just as much to do and you can actually pet the animals there, it's also a lot cheaper. All the animals apart from the baboons appear sedated and appear to just constantly sleep all day. My kids were bored !

My daughter is a huge fan of polar bears so how could we not visit? They were amazing, they have a VERY large enclosure with ample land and water and caves! There are play areas all around, an indoor soft play area, shops, ice cream shops, live displays , a wide array of animals to see as well, it is a bit pricey compared to others but we had fun

Second time we've been in four years and it only gets better, the enclosures are superb the animals look in excellent condition, facilities are very good and all at a good price, well worth a visit. You can get fairly close to all the creatures, we especially liked the wallabies this time as many had young in their pouches, our children aged thirteen were kept amused for the best part of 5 hours, we took it all in and didn't bolt round.

Amazing facilities. The view of the tigers from above was amazing, I never thought I would be able to see such majestic animals so close up. The Polar Bear enclosure is amazing, so much space for them to roam around in. I really got the impression the animals are well cared for. The children's play facilities were exceptional too.
