You And Sex Description
The You and Sex youth research project provides the opportunity for young people aged 16 to 24 years old and living in the UK to be involved in sexual health research. It is run by researchers at University College London.
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are more prevalent in young people (under the age of 25) than any other age group in the UK. Regular testing for sexually transmitted infections is crucial for maintaining good population health.
We want to recruit as many people as possible to our research project so that the beliefs, attitudes and experiences of young people in the UK are accurately represented. There are two studies in this project:
1. Online Questionnaire
– Participation involves filling in an online questionnaire which should take about 30 minutes.
– Participants can enter a draw to win one of four £50 gift vouchers.

2. Interviews or Group Discussion
– Participation involves a one-to-one interview with a researcher or a group discussion with other young people.
