I booked an appointment after weeks of feeling distant and stressed, I was made to feel comfortable immediately. The consultation before my massage was enlightening, I was recommended the exact treatment for my anxiety and stomach problems and my aromatherapy oils were custom mixed for my benefit. Each was explained in their medicinal properties, I felt in good hands and could relax almost right away. The hour long massage was perfect, afterwards I felt grounded and felt more like myself again. I would definitely recommend this as a treat to yourself or a gift to others!

Had my free fb prize reflexology apt yesterday and loved it! It was a very relaxing experience in lovely calm surroundings in Hoylake. A short questionnaire was completed about my general health and fitness levels and then my feet was given a thorough reflexology session. I was so impressed with my session that I have booked another one in September. ��I liked the fact reflexology targets specific body parts and areas with an aim to improving any problems.
