First there was chilli, then paleo sweet potato chilli, then plant-based sprouted bean chilli, and now a low carb Keto chilli 🌶😁 ⠀ A few tweaks means this is still delicious and filling but now with courgettes 🥒and aubergine 🍆 instead of beans or sweet potato 🍠 ⠀ It freezes beautifully so it’s perfect for a quick, healthy and warming dinner ❄️🥣... ⠀ Want to try? I love using just one piece of equipment for a quick total body circuit 😁👍🏽 ⠀ This week I’ve got the stability ball for some challenging variations to old favourites ❤️ ⠀ ▪️Bulgarian split squats x10 e/s - great for the lower body, especially the quads and glutes 🍑 Good for runners!🏃🏽‍♀️ 👍🏽... ⠀ ▪️Decline push ups x12- raising the legs helps to work from a slightly different range of motion and focuses more on the upper pecs (chest) and anterior delroids (front shoulders). Using the stability ball forces you to use the core more to stabilise you 🔥😊 ⠀ ▪️Hamstring curls x10 - not quite a variation, but still challenging for me! 😉 ⠀ Perform 3 sets with none-30s rest in between each set 👍🏽 ⠀ ▪️Plank tucks - perfect time up your plank game! Level up by keeping the legs straight for a pike tuck 🔥 (I save this for after the circuit - 2-3 sets of 10). ⠀ These exercises are not designed for beginners.
