Young and free is a buddying and befriending service for disabled people living in the Bristol area

We are a “buddying” and befriending service for disabled young people with physical and sensory impairments aged 16-25 in the Bristol area.

As well as group wide events in a range of locations we also can offer a social outlet on a 1: 1 basis which we actively encourage.



We do a range of activities including:

Bowling
Theater trips
meals out
Disco’s and Quizzes

ALL INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS ARE NOW RECORDED FOR SAFETY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE.
