For Brake's Road Safety Week, we partnered with Brain Injury Group to spread the message about cycling safety. Together we challenged the children at St Paul and St TimothyŌĆÖs Catholic Infant School in Liverpool to design their very own bicycle helmet.

This Injury Prevention Day, take the time to adjust the head restraints in your vehicle. Half of all crashes in England result in whiplash injuries but APIL's headrest test could make all the difference.
APIL President Brett Dixon said: ŌĆ£To test your headrest is very simple. Make sure it is as close to the back of your head as possible. The top of the headrest should also be as high as the top of your head. Place your hand on top of your head to check."
ŌĆ£It's easy to forget, but we hope drivers will make a point of doing the headrest test this Injury Prevention DayŌĆØ.

The Wirral Globe has covered a story about Lee Quinn, department manager here at Your Legal Friend, raising over ┬Ż10,000 for a children's cancer charity.
Lee completed a 230km race through the Amazon Rainforest in Peru. He battled through dense jungle, river crossings and mountain valleys in 30 degree heat to raise the money for Neuroblastoma UK.

Well done to our team of fundraisers who completed the Wirral Coastal Walk on the 24th June - one of the hottest days of the year so far.
By walking over 15 miles from Seacombe Ferry on the River Mersey to Wirral Country Park Visitor Centre at Thurstaston, the team raised ┬Ż90 for local mental health charity Wirral Mind.

Our Marketing Director John King has raised ┬Ż340 for The British Heart Foundation by driving over 2,400 miles in just 5 days from Bolton to Monte Carlo and back in an 18 year-old Honda Civic.
John, along with his brother Mark and friend Jack, took part in the rally in memory of his father Bob Wright MBE, a lifeboat volunteer who died from a heart attack during a rescue mission.

We recently secured compensation for a client who was injured when a car she was in struck a cow. The animal had escaped from a nearby field through a broken fence.
Ms Evans was left with injuries to her knees, shoulders, neck and forehead. The cow survived.
