Established in 2008. Yoyo is the first independent Gourmet Burger Restaurant opened in Bristol. Their specialties are lobster and the highly prized Japanese Wagyu. The standard patties are made from certified fresh Angus beef all served fresh with brioche baked by award winning baker. YoYo is unique. It’s a one off. And it is the one best kept secret in Bristol. Deliveries are provided by Forcefeed.

When it comes to burgers there is no word to describe how amazingly delicious,yummy, juicy,tasty.....( absolutely no word) their burgers are. Any one in any age with any taste would enjoy and love them.

Restaurant Quality food. Burgers are amazing full of flavour and such a huge choice.

Chicken chunks ,onion rings and chips also great . Delivered within 25 minutes of ordering piping hot. Excellent service. I Highly recommend.

OMG THIS IS LIKE BURGER HEAVEN!!!! Could eat it all over again!!!

Had the tropical beef burger with chip which could easily serve 2 and were not soggy like most takeaway places and banoffe pie .

The only thing I would say is I think the deserts are a little over priced for the portion size.

Delivery was b4 time stated.

Definitely ordering again super delicious.

Normally good food from Yoyo burger but we tried their delivery service this time. They sent the wrong burger and then would not pick up the phone to deal with our complaint (we tried calling a few times). Ate the burger in the end and do not plan to use their delivery service again as there is zero customer service to go with it.

Late food and no one bothering to pick up the phone has tarnished the experience, but other wise a really good burger. Delivery driver was polite and apologetic, just would have been nice to talk to someone about why my food was 45mins late.

Hmmm I've heard so many good things so was dissapointed with my order. Onion rings were cold, chips were very salty, burger bun was completely squashed and the wrong sauce/salad in the burgers even though I specified over the phone what I wanted. At £24.30 I feel it was not value for money. Won't be ordering again!!!!!!

Hi I'm not happy with order with yeaurday with my order i asked for a chicken stack burger and a bacon and cheese burger with curly fries. Received two normal beef burgers and curly fries.

claimed they never recieved the order, only found out an hour and a half after I orderd the food, yet i have the order confirmation email right here, had to call 5 times before anyone picked up the phone, probably the worst ordering experience i've ever had with a take away

Well, Where do I start??!! They do not deserve a single star. Paid for no food and the worst service ever.

Ordered online directly from their website. Paid by card and received the order confirmation by email. 30 minutes after the supposed delivery time, I decided to call the shop to check if there was a problem with delivery or something. We live 2 blocks from the shop, it shouldn't be a problem really. Discover that they didn't have my order and the attendant asked me to pay a second time. I tried to explain that it was paid and the confirmation was in my email and bank account. She hang up my calls. Such a bad place.

When she finally answered my calls, she asked me to go to the shop and show the receipt I received by email, so she would refund the delivery and give my order. I went there, showed the received, she confirmed that it was a genuine (paid) order. But she still refuse to give the food or refund the services. She showed a crap hand written notebook with the orders of the day that she copied from the ticket machine (I don't understand how they are still operating the business). She said there was no manager or anyone that could simply give the product I paid for and asked me to email the office. It's a joke! The two Asian kitchen porters came to her rescue to shout at me for no reason.

I had no other option but go away empty hands. Not that, after seeing their kitchen and their lack of training I was willing to get food from there anyway. But I did expect to have total refund, because I paid but didn't receive any product from my order receipt. So, I will take action regarding that.

As my guests and I were left starving, I was obligated to order food from any other place, with decent food and decent customer services.

So, never order from Yoyo Burger!

We ordered today 4 burgers. 3 were fine but unfortunately our halloumi burger came without hummus and...HALLOUMI. We called and ordered it again explaining the situation and after a while we got it. Dry, no paprika garlic mayo, no tomato, no lettuce, no red onions. I had to stuff it with my own vegetables to make it tasty, it's hard to even call it a burger. Shame. Our second time - WON'T ORDER AGAIN. Waste of money and time.

WORST FOOD POISONING EVER!!! Me and other members of of my family in BRISTOL, spent nearly £60 on takeaway and have been up all through the night and today with violent food poisoning. We identified the source as the crispy chicken burger as it is the only thing we shared. When trying to address the issue with the manager, who's name was Will, he was obnoxious, rude, abusive and accused us of lying and "trying it on" this is being taken further so PLEASE, if you value your intestines, your good health and valuable working day, then do not eat here. If however, you decide to take a gamble! Then good luck and make sure you have plenty of toilet roll!

A friend of mine ordered a takeaway costing £25 for 2 burgers. It ended up being about an hour and half (if not more) late. When she tried to make a complaint, she was told by "Chanel" that she wasn't able to make a complaint or even know the managers name. My friend then went all the way to the shop to find her number had been blocked by the shop. When she asked for the manager again she was told by the same lady that the staff couldn't give out any details or except complaints and then HUNG UP on her. My friend then went onto Facebook and wrote a complaint which was commented on by Chanel on her own account being rude. I then took it apon myself to ring them, I did loose my temper a slight bit as Chanel was rude to me (no surprise) and tried telling me she wouldn't tell me who her employer was as she didn't know who I was. I then got a call an hour later and it was the Manager Jeff. He then told my friend that he was sorry and he would send a driver to her home to give her all of her money back... 2 days later and she still hasn't received any money. I suggest not going anywhere near this place as the customer service there is none existent and the managers clearly couldn't care less. I have used YoYo burger in the past and I have never had an enjoyable experience in there. Vile place.

Can someone help me contact the management as the rude staff refuse to let me speak to them . Apparently we are not allowed to put a complaint in after receiving freezing cold food after waiting 1 and a half hours.

Absolutely appalling custimer service. Food arrived 15 mins late, no big deal. A few things were forgotten, again no big deal. I call the driver, who advises me to call the restaurant, so i do. Nice guy picks up and i explain about the missing items and am told i can only have one and not both delivered by way of an apology - all i wanted was what i had ordered. No explanation as to why i couldn't have what i had paid for delivered other than 'my manager says so'. After a few more confused minutes i am passed to the manager, who shouts at me and puts the phone down. Not cool, man - not cool AT ALL. If you make a mistake, you resolve it, don't try and apologise with less than i had ordered and make it seem like you are doing me a favour. You lost a loyal customer this evening, good work.
