Yts Latin Dances Mcr Description

As a dancer, Roger's adventure started in Madrid in 2008, Salseando every weekend, and from time to time, giving private lessons, but it was only in Manchester when the idea of teaching in a serious way came up with the help of the Roger`s “brother”, Krish Jethani, who pushed him forward since those Copacabana's days in 2013. Without Krish, Y. T. S. would not exist today.
Starting in EF Language school Manchester, at that moment Roger was dealing with the language barrier, while Y. T. S. was growing step by step. Roger´s first time teaching Bachata in a party was in Liverpool with Dj Guzman and after that he was invited to do a Dominican Bachata class at the S. I. P. party Mcr, run by Jerry known as “Dj Royce” in 2015. At this time Roger was working with Jessica Medina.
Because of personal health issues suddenly they had to stop the project in September 15.
After 4 months away, once again in Mcr, in January 2016, EF contacted him and during the same week, He started with a new group in Warrington at “53 Degrees Bar” and with a new Bachata course in Manchester in La Suerte Dance School. At this time Roger was working alone as Jessica was preparing her wedding, when DJ Guzman invited him one more time to do a class in Liverpool. Sandra Pintor was the person who helped him on that night, after that both were invited to do a Demo in “La Tasca Manchester” at Tina´s event “Aventura II”. The event was in March. Around that time, Teddy Ivanova started coming to the Roger´s Bachata class at La Suerte, and when Jerry invited him again to do a class at the SIP in May, both started working together.
A new project started in Preston every Friday at Glovers Bar at the end of May, after around January Roger met Avi from “Latin Party UK” who was helping the YTS development since he knew about it. Since February, Y. T. S. started its cooperation with La Tasca - Latin Party every Saturday (currently). The Bachata was taking over around the dance scenes so they came up with the Bachat-eah! Party idea.
In June, Katerina Bokach joined them with her energy and then at the end of July they did the firts “Bachat-eah! Manchester party” where Y. T. S. had the opportunity also to do not only the class but a Demo.
At that time with Tina´s help (again) “Bachata Y. T. S. ” finally started with its own Bachata group in Manchester at Lock 91 Deansgate, the first week of August 16, while the Bachat-eah! Project was preparing the 2nd party. From time to time they were doing the classes at La Tasca Manchester when the other Venue was not available. La Tasca is like the Y. T. S. home.
During those months working with Teddy they were invited to do a Demo /Performance with a Live Band. July Julay and the Mambo Kings were the hosts in Belgrave Concert Hall in Leeds and a few weeks after Lubi, the popular DJ in Revolucion de Cuba Manchester invited Y. T. S. to do the Bachata class at the end of September.
The first week of October Roger did a Footwork Bachata Master class at “Bachata Ball Mcr”, after moving to Manchester from Preston. A few friends contacted Roger to do a Private class on Mondays after this party. Y. T. S. did its last La Tasca Bachata class, when finally Teddy left “Bachata YTS” due to personal reasons, while Roger was invited to do a 2nd class in RdC. On that day, was Edna, a ballet dancer who helped Roger with the lessons and also in a charity event with “Espirito Latino Manchester” (Giuseppe and Sara). The same week Roger was contacted to do a random class at the weekend in a Hen Party hosts by RdC as well. This is when Roger met M. K. and after 10 mins speaking about general things they figured out they like the same kind of Salsa Music (Not only Cuban). A crazy idea came up and a few days later they started the weekly Salsa class on Wednesday in Revolucion de Cuba as Resident teachers, while DJ Vladi from “Salsa en Manchester” contacted Roger to run the weekly Salsa Classes at Blue Parrot every Friday. Amazing first week of October for Bachata Y. T. S. , but doing Salsa classes without time neither a place where to continue with its own Bachata lessons, reason why Roger changed the name from "Bachata Y. T. S. " to “Y. T. S. Latin Dances Manchester”. After a break on Xmast, 2017 has been really busy and Y. T. S. has started with a new Bachata course in La Suerte Dance School. including its debut in Revolucion de Cuba Leeds.

Currently Y. T. S. Latin Dances offered weekly classes as follow:
