JUST had a breakfast from here and it was just great, really was, I mean a full breakfast delivered to work (luckily I'm close enough) for just £1!! I mean thats just amazing, it will be mine and my colleagues first choice from now on! staff were friendly too.

Amazing food, lovely people and great value

We ordered our sandwiches in the shop, all went well, the staff were friendly, we chatted with the cashier and thanked them for our order, payment went smoothly, but when got the food home the sandwiches were wrong. Some had the wrong sauce, others wrong bread, and one was missing completely. We rang up and politely explained what had happened thinking it must have been a one-off mistake and it would be straightforward sorting it out. They told us to come back in ten minutes to pick up the food, no problem so far.



When we picked up the food one woman behind the till proceeded to yell "Right we have a problem!" while flapping around dramatically. She then proceeded to rudely tell us we were wrong, that we didn't say this and we didn't say that etc, while talking a million miles an hour before we could say a word.



She got our order list and showed us what she had written down when we ordered. The list she wrote was correct, so we had ordered correctly they just didn't follow the order list and made whatever they fancied for us apparently! Two women then kept talking at us (not to us, at us) while we tried to get a word in edgeways to explain. She said we didn't order a sausage sandwich. I pointed at the list where she had literally written it down. She then walked off and left the other woman to talk to us, WHO THEN ASKED US TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENTS???



...and they got one of the replacements wrong...



The whole thing was completely baffling, no apology, just two women talking complete rubbish at us and being unnecessarily confrontational while the evidence was all there that it was their mistake. If they had just said "sorry about that here are the sandwiches" it would have all been fine, we would have thanked them lots and become returning customers. But instead it was a complete car crash...how is this business still open!?

I ask 4 well done sausage the skin was burnt on one side not cooked in the middle toast was like warm bread and butter it was horrible I couldn't eat it my partner said it was cold and horrible the Huddersfield 1 burnt egg under the other egg never again
