my daughter and i went for lunch, we were seated straight away, the restaurant has been tastefully done we loved the light that had been made out of a milking machine, the food was lovely , the staff very polite weŌĆÖll definitely be back

Went for the first time today, and I have to say both the service and food were amazing.

I had the salmon and avocado salad and my dad had a burger and both of them tasted absolutely wonderful.

We went to the a la carte night on Saturday evening. The food was outstanding as was the service. I would highly recommend to anybody, keep up the hard work team yummy Yorkshire.

We have coming to Yummy Yorkshire for years and have always had a great experience.

The expansion of this lovely business has gone on to improve our experience even more.

The food is outstanding, hearty and good value; not cheap, but high quality ingredients and beautifully cooked and presented.

The service is friendly and very smiley ­¤śŖ

This is a very popular place, donŌĆÖt expect fast food service, just enjoy the experience and wait patiently for home cooked, very fresh food x

We have been for breakfast, brunch & lunch ... we need to visit for dinner very soon ­¤śŖ

We called for team breakfast on our way to cricket , the service was too slow ? But all 7 breakfasts came at the same time and was lovely

Visited here yesterday & much to my surprise there was a choice of gluten free cakes. I had a strawberry & chocolate muffin, tasted just like a ŌĆ£normalŌĆØ muffin. Not very often I go somewhere & there is choice...that I actually like!!! Nice not to be left out of having a treat with the family

Thoroughly impressed with a visit I had here. Not only was the food amazing but the staff were absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, friendly and professional, they were a credit to your company.



Not only this but your Gluten free selection was so extensive i was completely overwhelmed. Usually you are stuck with a jacket potato so to be able to have practically everything on the menu was a real treat!



Will certainly be visiting you again. Thank you for a fantastic experience xxx

However, we didn't wait too long, the staff were brilliant as was the food! Highly recommend the black pudding hash! ’┐Į Thank you, we'll definitely be back soon! ’┐Į

If you want the best ice-cream in the world, the nicest location in South Yorkshire, the friendliest people or just good food, "look no further" as it's all here and under one roof.

Had lunch there on Wednesday 23 May. A great lunch in a nice atmosphere. The restaurant was much quieter than expected so we had a nice quiet and casual lunch. After a very generous portioned Main, we managed to force an ice cream dessert......very good! Well done to all concerned.

Finally got to visit Yummy Yorkshire, well worth the wait and the detour. The food was spot on, the staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was warm and comfortable with a great atmosphere, just what we needed on a cold day in January - Yorkshire hospitality as it should be.

Fabulous food and even better ice cream great place for kids and adults alike

Excellent place to pop in for a spot of breakfast or lunch or even a la carte dinner. Also outstanding ice cream with very friendly staff and great service. I highly recommend.

Great atmosphere, it was my friends first time and she Really enjoyed it too, her burger looked amazing so I'll be having that next time!

I had the fish finger sandwich which was pretty good.

We came for an Ice cream treat with the kids. The ice cream was lovely but in my opinion you need to have the menu boards or menus upstairs too. If you visit with kids you have to go back downstairs after getting a table to decide what flavours / topping/ sauce or sundae you want. Also the service was really slow too. Also the toilets were really smelly.

Very long wait for a table but, it was Sunday.30min wait for food and when it arrived the steak was overcooked, my salad was pathetic for the price and the chicken was dry and chips we ordered and said they were for our son were smothered in salt. The sugar cubes on the table had flies over them, the sweets that came with the bill had flies in jar then put in a bowl by hand. The icecream staff didnt wear gloves and handled food after wiping face. A 15min wait for the bill also. Hygiene and service leaves a lot to be desired for average food. I dont get the hype with this place, its hardly a day out and not worth the drive.

Monday this week, went along with friends not been for quite a while. Thought we would treat ourselves to the Sirloin Steak. What a DISAPPOINTMENT just some chips in a bowl, peas in a dish, salad no dressing or tomatoes or onion rings or mushrooms. ┬Ż15.95, no treat at all. On the Hide and Hoof evenings for ┬Ż35 for two you get a bottle of house wine too and all the accompaniments. The steak was tough hard to cut even with a steak knife...not happy, wont be returning quickly, maybe an ice cream thats all...

5 stars for breakfast but evening meal wasnŌĆÖt up to the mark. Great service badly let down by the food. First choice Starter you didnŌĆÖt have, second choice starter mushrooms on toast was tasteless and cold. Main course steak was what I expected but badly let down by a tea spoon of sauce and under cooked fries. Then for desert I ordered cheese board and the biscuits were fresh from the fridge still cold. The service though was fantastic thank you.
