Let's talk portion sizes. I remember having meals at my Grandparents and the plates were so much smaller than they are today. Our breakfast bowls from @ikeauk are large, compared to my Grandparents. Could this increase in plate size be contributing to our growing obesity problem? Let's go small. I know if I had used a normal breakfast bowl, I would have used more food to fill it. I've used a large teacup instead and this portion size is perfect for me. The small spoon stops me from shovelling the food in ha! Take 6 deep slow breaths before you eat and RELAX! It helps with digestion and lots of other things. @drjoedelaney
I tried this little gem tonight. So flipping easy to do. I baked some salmon to go with it and used giant whole wheat cous cous instead of freekeh.

Hmm! How many of these 'nutritionists' are qualified to give you advice on nutrition? This highlights why individuals are confused about how to eat well. Dieticians are regulated and registered to provide nutritional advice. They work in a clinical setting and tend to treat pre-existing conditions. Nutritionists that are registered with the Association for Nutrition have a minimum of an undergraduate degree and work under strict ethical codes similar to dieticians. Nutritional therapists have no degree qualification and are not registered or controlled by any governing body. Check your consultants qualifications and ask to see them, we won't mind!
