So some of you will remember the very lovely and talented Beki who used to work at zen..Well she got married in October and we were very honoured to have been asked to do the hair for the wedding! 😊 so on an extremely wet and windy day and we are talking gale force winds here, Louise and Shannon tootled over to Rowley Manor at Cottingham at 7am, it was that windy I was worried the bridge might be closed! (Alternate routes were quickly looked at 👀 just in case) Anyway the reas...on I’m going on about the weather will become clear. It was an awful day and I remember saying to my Husband ‘what a shame, no outdoor photos today!’ Well I couldn’t have been more wrong! Beki being her usual bubbly, glass half full kind of girl, embraced this day and took full advantage! Along with a fantastic photographer Joanne Gower, (if your getting married, look her up!) who also thought this was an opportunity too good to miss!
Feast your eyes on these, amazing.. honest! I think they would win any photograph competition, hands down ❤️

They are all lovely and friendly. I never know what to do with my hair whenever I go in, they all give such good advice and my hair always looks amazing when I leave. I would recommend Zen to anyone.

My hair had been very frizzy for some time and no product on the shop shelves would tame the frizz. It had started to get me down and I mentioned it to Paula and Shannon when I had my hair cut. They both recommended the Kerasilk treatment, so I went away and mulled it over. After a lot of thought I decided to have the Kerasilk treatment and I am so pleased I did. The frizz has almost gone completely and it now only takes me 10 minutes to straighten my hair compared to an hour that it used to take. My hair also stays straight and frizz free until the next wash even being out in the wind and rain!

I was booked for a haircut and blow dry and came out with a fantastic smooth bob after complaining about how my hair frizzes and drives me mad. Paula advised Kerasilk treatment and she did it there and then . I am very impressed and would recommend this treatment for frizzy , flyaway hair, would also recommend this salon too, all the girls are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble .
