Zen Meditation Group

We are non-sectarian and inclusive, so Buddhists of any persuasion, and non-Buddhists keen on meditation, are welcome to join us.

We meet every Tuesday evening at 6. 30pm in:

The Groundlings theatre
Kent street, Portsea
(car park entrance in Curzon Howe Road, just off Queen Street).

We will finish at or before 8. 30pm. We’ll have some discussion and tea, then go directly into our two 25 minute meditations. There will be opportunities to ask questions.

There is a small charge of three pounds to cover the cost of room hire.
