amazing me and partner came tonight without booking a table the staff were friendly and the credit goes to the chef's those guys are a credit to zest bar, even though i was eating i was also watching the expertise of the kitchen staff, the chefs were amazing, first time me and my partner came today and we will be definately coming back !!! once again thankyou chefs for the amazing food....please pass on my comments to the chefs

We are regular visitors and each time without fail we get seated quickly, the food is always delicious and (on the occasions we are child free) the cocktails are some of the best in Doncaster. When we are with are little girl we never feel any less welcome though. There's a reason we return so often.

Visited tonight for my son's birthday, 14 of us! Service was efficient and well timed, slight mix-up with steaks but everything else was ok. Food was very nice and plenty of it! Staff were polite and pleasant too : -)

Visited for the husbands birthday with 6 of our friends. Been a long time since I lasted visited, happy to say I wasn’t disappointed the atmosphere, service and food where all amazing. Hubby is very fussy with meat but tried the mixed skewer and he was over the moon didn’t realise how good some of it could taste �. Thank you for a great evening we’ll be back x

Modern, clean, quiet (weekday) meal out with family. Nice to be able to see the food being cooked in the kitchen (spotless), the Kleftico was very nice. Attended to very quickly for drinks/refills.

Would/will visit again. If only you had Chicken Gyros on the menu i might come every week.

I walked in with a handfull of stuff for my daughters 21st dinner. Mary, who was great, spotted me and opened the door for me.

Mary took all my stuff and kept them round the back till my table was ready as i was early.

Nearing booking time Mary put all the stuff out on the table and kept the cake out the back for later.

We stayed for ages. Prob too long but no qualms from staff.

I prompted Mary for the cake to be brought out and she sang happy birthday, as we all did.

The food was great as always and the staff were great too. Thank you. Really enjoyed it.

Came here yesterday with service users from work. The food was lovely and the staff were really accommodating to our service users needs and even brought his birthday cake out for him. Thank you for being so inclusive of our service users and for making his birthday extra special. They all had a lovely time!

Been here several times and have always received great food and service at a good price. Even came with some fussy eaters who are very particular about their food and they loved it. I thoroughly recommend dining here.

I had never been before. I really enjoyed the Mushroom Tagliatelle. The food was cooked well and fresh. The service was friendly and good. I would certainly go again.

Excellent lunch and service efficient. Would have given 5 stars but we couldn’t book the table so had to have our lunch earlier than we wanted to ensure we got a table.

Beautiful good way too much but tasty and amazing. Had to wait to order 1st drink tho but was fairly busy and loved it anyway x

The service needs mass improvement, took over 20 minutes for our drinks to come. Waitress kept getting confused about the order. No one came over to ask if our meals were okay and wasn't thanked for our custom when paying or leaving.

Came in today for food and drinks, drinks came very quick, when we came in we asked the wait on for food and was told 15-20 minutes by the lady on the door. Over a hour later we still hadn’t had our food. Cocktails and food where lovely, it was just the wait to say it wasn’t very busy and been told chef mixed up our tickets with others. Other than that it was a lovely place to eat and drink! �

Was told we would be seated at the front on the height tables 12 of us I had booked this weeks before when I told the waitress I'm not happy for 12 of us to be sat up on those high tables she told me I would have been told this when I booked it (I was not told this) my daughter spoke to the manager and if we waited another 40 minutes we could sit on the normal seats. We agreed to wait the only problem with this was we had 2 diabetic's in our party. Eventually we got seated and got 2 complimentary bottles of wine, meal was lovely and we had a lovely time. Zest please unsure this procedure about high seats is reiterated on booking

Very over priced food ..but good service

The absolute minimum I would have expected was a smile. All but one of the members of staff we spoke to were miserable and quite rude, made no eye contact and seemed unhappy to be at work
